Our room exceeded our expectations and we're already planning our return. As we are still being covid-cautious, we were really pleased by how well equipped the kitchen was, and we enjoyed most of meals in front of the fireplace. In October, it was really quiet. No hall noise at all. Great bathrobes, which would be a real treat after a day of skiing. Nice perk.Front desk staff were friendly and really helpful.Parking was outside and across the road, but not an issue at this time of year. We prefer that to the $50 daily valet parking usually forced on us in Toronto.The area is beautiful, lots of pretty towns.The photos are from our room.

Stayed just 2 nights. Oct. 8th and 9th. Room was clean & newer style. Very nice place in a nice area. Hiking areas are nearby.2 reasons it did not get 5* rating was parking is very limited and the Tao golf resort was much less than expected. Otherwise, I would return.

Never staying here again. They were not accommodating. They only know how to say no.We stayed for 1 night and left right away in the morning because we would rather be home.I tried cancelling almost a week in advance due to a family emergency and they asked what my emergency was (none of their business) and when I told them it was clearly not good enough of an emergency.We then called a day in advance to see if we can check in early and they said it was impossible. I asked if they can call me when my room is ready so I can plan my day but she mentioned that it was too much pressure to put on her coworker..When we called the next day to see if the room was ready, they said “you didn’t take the early check in” when I called the day before and asked for early check in they said it was impossible.When we finally checked in they said that when we’re done we have to take out our own garbage.They then gave us our room key and told us we were in the basement…We had friends who stayed at the esterel resort and were able to check in early and had nicer and bigger rooms than us for $100 lessNever staying here again

We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and loved this new discovery. Theaccommodation (1 bedroom) was spacious, very well equipped, comfortable and clean.Quiet too. Front desk was really helpful on check-in. With the Marina and pub next door, Iexpect it might have a more dynamic feel in the summer, but for us, the quiet fall vibe wasperfect. Great location for exploring small towns as well as St Sauveur and Mont Tremblant.

Waaaaay too overpriced for what you get. First of all not sure why they call this place a resort!!! There are no activities on site. It's basically a condo complex with no special services. There was not even a place to go swimming in peace!!! You would basically have to go to the marina where many boats are anchored, and jump in the water while boats pass by, and some times dangerously. We asked if we could use the paddle boards and were told to pay extra! Never mind we were paying over $500/night for our condo rental. Total rip off.If you can find a place at esterel, don't even think twice. There's no comparison. We had to take the viking because other friends were staying at a chalet nearby, and esterel had no vacancy.I'm shocked by the positive reviews of this place. Not sure how much others paid for their stay, but we definitely feel cheated.

Overall the experience was pretty good. The room we stayed in was very clean. We had a lake view so it was very pretty. We were able to bring our dog. Which is always a great plus. The room itself was pretty large. The only thing I would say is the kitchen is not fully equipped. It was missing hand soap, paper towel, oven mitts etc.. Considering the kitchen is a full size kitchen I was expecting it to be fully equipped with everything. Even the Nespresso pods there was only two, dishwasher capsules only one. I did have to go downstairs and ask for more. They said it would be of extra charge. Overall great experience. I would definitely go back. Just think the kitchen could be better equipped
