I contacted several 3D Print shops in Toronto and 3DPhacktory was the only one who would try something this ambitious.I needed a very intricate cosplay for Fan Expo and they delivered. Fast and affordable, I got a ton of compliments and look forward to working with them again.

I must of called 20 3D companies, before finding 3DPhacktory and Andrew. I gave him a very bad description of what i wanted, and he knew exactly what i was looking for. A Lithopane. He said sure. I was amazed at how quick he was able to fill my order, and the quality i have since ordered a 2nd litopane. Worked with Andre and Art for my project. I wanted to put my address sign on the house using the Hobitton font from Lord of the Rings. I have a 0 in my house address so I thought it would be cool to use the Ring of power" as the 0.Art worked me through out the process in terms of material and design

This company provides exceptional 3D design service. I am impressed with their attention to detail, their willingness to accommodate changes to scope after a job has started and their quick turnaround time. They are familiar with process limitations translating 3D designs to physical parts using injection molding (uniform wall thickness, undercuts, etc.) and will suggest design changes accordingly. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Reliable and prompt service. I had a rush print order to meet a show deadline. They responded and reviewed my file right away. There were some hiccups with my file (being new to 3d printing and modelling) but they were kind and patient to support down to the very last day. Not only do they have attention to detail, and knowledge with 3d softwares, they helped me choose the perfect substrate for my project, at my desired scale and at a reasonable cost. I am very happy with the way my project turned out and will definitely return!

Althought I didn't purchase anything from them, I did have a few exchanges via email and phone with them for this gift idea I had in mind. Andrew and the team was very accommodating (offered me a webiste so I could find a duplicate of my idea to save money), consise (ask open ended questions and paraphrased for clarity) and caring (offered cheaper alternative to save money)Overall, I would recommend them due to their amazing customer service skills and patience!
