Absolutely love dealing with everyone at Mercedes of saskatoon! Very helpful with any and all questions and concerns we had before buying our new GLB 35 AMG.

I have a problem with my Factory New Sprinter 3500 Van Chassis. Several Vehicle functions are disabled or inoperative.Today is June 8. They cannot deal with, or look at my vehicle until July 6 - virtually a month from now! So now, I am supposed to drive and try to deal with a Brand New, Crippled vehicle .... for a month because their shop is too busy to see me or talk to me.This is horrifically bad service.

I contacted Benz Saskatoon about the issue and they covered the cost of the service at another Benz dealership in Edmonton. Very happy with their service and staff.I spoke with Zane, he was very informative and upfront with the whole ordeal with a no bs approach. Would recommend going to him for your needs.10/10 will be coming back

Very disappointed with service department. Took my car there twice for minor issues (after weeks of waiting), first time took 3 days to figure out a check engine light problem. Second time car sat at the dealership for another 4 days and technicians couldn't even diagnose the issue. I had to follow up each day to see what's happening as I never received a call back. Recieved my car back with a damaged dash trim. Followed up with the service department on the damage and no response. Extremely disappointing.

Always a pleasure whenever I take my c43 amg for service. Matt is a breeze to work with.

What a terrible experience at this Mercedes dealership in Saskatoon! I do not like leaving poor reviews but this has been plaguing me for days. Everyone deserves a heads up on the sub-par (at best) service.Due to lack of choice, I had to book in for a service while In town. The service here was extremely poor to put it kindly and the staff was unprofessional. They were unresponsive to my needs and didn't seem to care about my concerns, time or vehicle. To top it off, They gave me 4 minutes to get across town , through construction and into the dealership before service was closed to get my car ( Even though the website states different). When I arrived to find the department close I was dismissed & ignored by several employees to get my car back. This entire experience was alarmingly poor.I would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone and (God willing) will not be returning for any future services.There is a certain level of attentiveness I have become custom to supporting other Mercedes Dealerships.. after reading other reviews it is clear this place is destroying the bands standard.Be better. Be kinder.

Just had an amazing experience with Mercedes Saskatoon, particularly with Zane from the service department. We are actually from Regina, and drove up to Saskatoon for the day when we ran into an unexpected issue with our vehicle once we arrived into the city. Zane went above and beyond to accommodate us and get our vehicle looked at promptly, even though we showed up completely unexpected. He was even gracious enough to lend us a vehicle so that we could still get our errands and appointments in the city completed, while they assessed the issue for us. Once the problem was resolved, Zane took the time to fully explain to us what had happened and make sure we would be safe to get back on the road home to Regina. I really can't express how much we appreciated the service we received, and would 100% recommend the Saskatoon service department to anyone else! Thank you!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. These guys added thousands of dollars of useless fees and services to our family car and took advantage of my aging parents’ naïveté not just upon purchase but every year on servicing. Everyone should be forewarned to bring someone who is unlikely to be upsold useless features/services to every interaction and consider if all the “good service” is really worth it. I’ve never experienced anything like this at dealerships for other brands.

I must tell that I am quite disappointed that Mercedes Saskatoon stopped shuttle services for clients who booked cars for service citing covid precautions..It's not the level of courtesy expected from high end car dealer.Mercedes at Calgary still offers courtesy cars as well as shuttle services during covid times. I booked my service tomorrow and have to find a taxi back to work.I am a high end customer for several years and never experienced this before. poor customer care indeed.
