Riley did an excellent job. He arrived early, inspected the house, and came up with his cleaning plan. He was quick and neat cleaning up after himself and removing cleaning equipment when he finished each section of the house.

Aside from the issues he was having with his equip, which weren’t his fault, causing him to come two hours after the set time.. I’m very happy with the company..Braedyn was very professional, he did a great job and was respectful towards me… I will definitely get this company again… thank you

Dun-Rite cleaned and sanitized our ducts and vents yesterday and I’m really happy with their service! Crystal in scheduling was great to talk to when I booked in and their technician, Riley, was very professional, knowledgeable, and so easy going. Thanks so much! We will definitely be a returning customer! Feels good to feel like we are breathing cleaner air!

The service was excellent - it is a week later and I really notice that there is little dust in my house. The young man that performed the cleaning was professional, friendly, and courteous. Very informative about what he was doing. My husband is a bit of a talker and they had some good conversations as he cleaned. Would recommend the service to everyone!

Riley was polite, efficient, and very understanding with the hiccups of a busy household! He was aware of our little dog, making sure we were ready for the service before opening any doors and there are no words for how much I appreciate that. I have used Dunn rite in the past. I don't even consider calling anyone else when it's time to have the furnace, vents, air exchanger and duct work cleaned. I was a bit overdue for a cleaning. Crystal is awesome to deal with over the telephone and Riley was polite, informative, made sure everything was working properly before leaving & overall did a great job. Cleaning of ducts and clean up were done well, no complaints there.Only 2 issues; I was quoted a certain price and paid a different price - which is why is a quote, but it was a quiet a bit different., and wasn't expecting that much of a difference.Also, I was asked if I could move my appointment time, which is fine and I did, but then they didn't show up on the scheduled time, which was annoying.The person who came and did the cleaning, was very nice and professional. Chatty and worked quickly.

Our tech showed up on time, introduced himself and got to work straightaway. He finished when he said he would. Also, he pointed out that our filter was in good shape and did not need to be replaced.
