I started pilates with Adriana a couple of months ago, and I look forward to it each week. My headaches have improved considerably, and Adrianna is such a warm and encouraging instructor. I highly recommend pilates with Adriana!

They are truly incredible and life changing. Since starting there I have accomplished more for my mental and physical health in 9 months than I have in the last 5 years of counciling. The work they do there is transformative! I have had chronic depression as long as I can remember and in 5 months it was just gone! I never thought this could be possible for me, I thought this was just something I would have to live with for the rest of my life, I have never been so happy to be proven wrong! Christina was my therapist for a little over a year and she really helped me with some of the issues I was dealing with. She helped me to build a foundation and to question my values which gave me clarity. She helped to guide me in the right direction towards becoming the person who I'm meant to be. As a parent of a child with an eating disorder, having knowledgeable counselling from therapeutic clinicians is imperative. From the first conversation with Healthy Essentials Clinic, we knew that we would be receiving this invaluable guidance. My daughter had an ED for 13 years before coming to HEC. She is now well.
