The manager here treated me with respect when I was at my lowest two years ago . She is a wonderful person and had a lot to do with why I changed my life . Thank you

Been try to get a check cleared from these people for 2 weeks now!!!! Talked on the phone multiple times been to the branch multiple times. Was just at the branch they said everything is all good the hold is off but meanwhile I cannot access my money it’s been 2 weeks the money from the check came out of the persons account! I called today they said nothing they can do I have to go to branch I went to the branch already they were supposed to clear everything but it’s still not working! Then I made an appointment was supposed to be today at 4:00 but it’s now 4:50 and still no call when the bank closes at 5! I can’t wait til this is solved worst bank ever.

The guys in this branch make many mistakes . I recommend to work with other branch and avoid them.

RBC finances projects that threaten our collective future. Shame on RBC, you wont get my money!

It’s not open so don’t go there 50/50.

Super Friendly staff. Always greeted with a smaller and a hello. Drive through atm which is great if you have kids

My branch of 40 years was closed, they transferred my accounts to Kelsey Drive. My experience with Kelsey has been a nightmare, no one answer's their phone, cant walk into the branch, no one there will see you. It took 7 weeks to open an account, I have never seen such incompetence. RBC has taken service back to the dark ages and fees into the billions for their CEO. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BRANCH.

Trying to contact the bank through the phone service is really bad, been hung up on by the automated service repeatedly, can’t talk to a human being to get the assistance I need, really frustrating in these times of Covid when you are trying to Do things with minimal contact
