I had to take my car in for an ICBC repair for the very first time and I was lost and confused. Taylormotive service was excellent from start to finish! Special thanks to Susanna at front desk who was super helpful and patient with me on the phone and in person. She walked me step by step through the process and made this so quick and easy. Had to replace my rear bumper and the work was completed seamlessly in one day after I booked my appointment. Michael and Johnny were also very professional and efficient when I brought my vehicle in. Thank you! I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs automotive services..

It can be scary looking for a repair centre but John and the team do excellent work! I’ve had my work van and my personal pride and joy worked on by them with one hundred percent satisfaction. Taylormotive is the best body shop on the North Shore. They are professional, skilled, timely and truly a lovely business!A tree hit our car in a storm and they confidently told us they could sort it out. We got the ICBC claim sorted, they booked us in, gave us a loaner car, and 3 days later, it was done! Easy breezy.Highly recommend!

Wow - let me tell you it’s not fun having your car hit and then spending time going through the different levels of insurance etc....But these guys made all the difference.Thank you.From the inspection and booking to dropping off was seamless and pleasant.The courtesy car (suv) being fully loaded and also not having a full wrap graphics saying “BODY SHOP” made it pleasant to drive around while my little baby was being restored.Pros:Appointment and process easyGood Courtesy carsQuality of workEven washed and cleaned my carI hope I don’t have to go back again, but if I need body work... Booked an appointment, waited two weeks or so and then they cancelled the day before via voicemail as they were unable to find a technician for a wheel alignment. They declined to reschedule as I guess they just couldn't be bothered trying to make good on the poor service. Pretty shabby.

**DON'T GO HERE** After bringing these people almost $20,000 in business through multiple fender benders, they refused to pick up the bill for a $300 tire (of theirs) that got a nail stuck in one of the courtesy cars.. there was no spare in the car and they were completely unhelpful. So very greedy and rude, you people disgust me!
