Premier Comfort Heating & Cooling

Today on May 25th 2020 our air conditioner stopped working. My wife and I only realized around 6pm. We contacted Premier Comfort because they were listed as the closest Goodman air conditioning dealer (our a/c unit is a Goodman unit still under warranty). We have never heard of or used this company before but we contacted them and explained that we have a 5 month old baby and our air conditioner just broke. Tomorrow on May 26th 2020 the temperature is suppose to reach close to 40 Celsius with the humidex and our air conditioning was broken. After explaining our situation they told us they would be working extended hours and do their best to help us out before the end of the week. On Monday evening they called and told us they had someone close by who could come and take a look at our unit. The sales representative was Martin Lavoie who showed up here after 9pm. I’m sure he could have been at home with his family but he was here helping us so we wouldn’t suffer in 40 degree weather tomorrow. He fixed our unit in no time, and despite being out incredibly late after what I’m sure was a long day of work he was kind, courteous, understanding, empathetic, and professional.I would recommend this company to anybody in an instant! Trouble with my Carrier furnace today, there were no heat coming out just blown out cold air, then stop and start every 5 minutes. Called Martin today at Premier Comfort Heating. he came over within 2 hrs and the problem was solved less then an hour. He is truly a good technician in my experiences. I had Martin three times now to fixed other older things like air conditioning and hot water heater (and got others done as well by one of his technician were also good). Very attention to detail and knowledgable. The price is fair (I believe you got to pay for the pro). Thank you for making our house warm again!!!.

Highly recommend Premier Comfort. They've taken care of our HVAC needs for over 10 years and were there promptly when our furnace quit and we needed it fixed. Knowing that you won't be left in the cold is important when the temperature drops, and you don't get this kind of service from just anybody...You won't regret picking Premier for your home comfort needs. I don't.

We had a new central air conditioning unit recently installed by Premier Comfort and were very satisfied with this contractor. The entire process, from getting their quotation to working out the details to finally arranging for the installation, was efficient and very professional. Their price was very competitive. The work was done on the promised date and carried out without any hassles.

Not a good experience with this company. They did not come on time and did not have enough personnel to finish the job after they eventually showed up on site after the promised appointment time. Got to reschedule again for another day.We paid in full on site when they asked, but they never send us the invoice they promised to. Called, texted, and emailed many times, every time they said they would send the invoice but they always missed their promise. So regret to trust them.p.s. received the invoice after the Google review, 8 weeks after the job was completed. The job was done properly.

These guys are great! I had a strange smell in the house that could not be identified and Martin came over right away. He checked way more than was covered on my plan out of courtesy and loyalty and I am so grateful. He has given us peace of mind. Highly recommend Premier Comfort.
