Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and a large inventory of most things needed for your boat. I only gave it 4 stars as the parts I need are for a sailboat and Saskatchewan is motor boat country. They have ordered in parts for me in a timely fashion. 5 star place if you own a motor boat.

Needed a part that hasn’t been made since the 90s. These guys had it and shipped it to Florida USA! Saved me a ton from having to replace my motor. Had great service on the phone. 10/10 would recommend! I’ll be saving the number in my phone for anything I need in the future. Thanks to all the guys at Pally!

Great service in helping me diagnose a boat belt problem. Staff at counter got a mechanic to come speak to me and helped me out, successfully resolved my issue! Rock stars for enforcing masking for all customers!!

Stellar inventory, knowledgeable staff BUT,,,it can get pricey. If you want it bad enough, it’s yours but check around and see if you can find stuff online. I wanted a boat prop but I couldn’t eat the $1600.00 they wanted. I found one on eBay for $200-ish. Proof to come if wanted.

Pretty old fashioned service and value. You get the feeling they actually care about whether or not you give them your business. I drive by a lot of places to get and I will continue to do business with them. They've kept my pontoons on the water. I just hope good reviews don't make them too busy, lol.

Very good service had a new motor put on my boat. They were very good at explaining every thing I needed to know about the new motor. Dropped the boat off at 10:30 am and picked it up at 3pm and that was taking the old one off and putting the new one on.

Great service from Nathan today. I went to two shops to see about pricing/hours for a simple fish finder install. One shop gauged me, as if I was clueless, but Nathan told me exactly what I was expecting. Quick and honest.

Worst first time customer experience I’ve ever had! One of the counter guys had the guts to tell me, a paying customer his boat is a nightmare because it wasn’t original. Definitely won’t be recommending, booked in with another shop.

I am a senior and I have been a satisfied customer at Pally Performance products since 2010 when I purchase a new pontoon boat from there.Every year I have taken my boat to Pally for service and repair and within the last two years of so it appears things have changed with their service as it is not near as good as it used to be. The owner Dave is grumpy, and has developed a terrible attitude, and in my opinion is quite disrespectful.Last year I purchased a new fish finder as the one in the boat was no longer working well. I specifically requested a new one that would fit in the opening of the dash where the old one was mounted.When I picked up the boat, I found that they had platted the opening in the dash where the old one was and moiunted the new one on top the control panel dash area, completely not what I had wanted them to do.This year I took my boat in to replace one of the post guide on that had been damaged, When I went to pick up my boat, I paid for it as per their procedure and then the boat was delivered out into the public parking area for me .I noticed that the post guide on was not replaced, yet it was noted on my invoice that it had been. Instead I noticed that bunk guides had been installed on the boat trailer. I confronted the owner, Dave who said they decided to put them on instead because they were a better guide than the posts. I tried to reason with him, but he just kept walking past my boat and would not stop to discuss this further.I contaced Nathan who took my repair request and filled out the repair order. Nathan was very nice to me and tried to help me with this saying he did not know why this was done instead of what I had asked for. He agreed to talk with the owner Dave to see what he could do about it.Never heard from Dave for several days, so I called and eventually got to speak with Dave. Again, Dave did not appear to be interested in my complaint, finally offering to remove what they had installed with out why permission and without letting me know prior to doing this work.I had asked just to have them provice me with a new post guide and I would install it myself, and I wanted some of my $686.80 reimbursed.Have not heard anything further from Pally Performance and its owner Dave, and to say the least i am very displeased with this place of business and especially its owner DaveI had only asked Pally Performance to install new post guide ons, load test battery, test and run the engine, straighten out damaged moulding on the right front corner of the boat. Everything else was done as requested.This was not the way to treat a long time loyal customer. and I found my experience to be very upsetting and disappointing . Garry Weimer
