This is the second time we have used Signarama to do directional signage in our townhouse complex. They are a fantastic bunch of people, very thorough and communication is always responded to within a couple of hours. Our signage was not a simple one - so there was lots of back and forth and they they never skipped a beat in helping to offer alternatives in order to keep the costs down. The installation was then done by Matt who had very kindly offered to do this on a stat holiday ! Despite it being a holiday for most, he did a great job, always with a smile on his face. We use a lot of vendors and trades people and it is so refreshing to deal with a company who are happy to help, respond to emails and then do a great job on top of it all ! I would not hesitate to refer this company to others. Kudos to North Shore Signarama for a job well done !

I have worked with Justin and his team on several projects for lululemon athletica Park Royal. North Shore Signarama provide quotes/proofs in a timely manner, are attentive to detail, and do their best to meet tight timelines.I appreciate their expertise and know the final product will be just right!

My experience with this franchise company was below average I would not recommend them to anyone extremely difficult ignorant back in staff Who apparently wears many hats as a master of none. The owner is very understanding but does not grasp the work done by his employee. I have been billed & overcharge On my credit card being run unaware of my knowledge with uncompleted work ! greatly disappointed. I should've never been so kind to give the more work after they messed up on a simple task of graphics on window. Very typical franchise company with the workflow systems charge me for design time when I did the complete design of my work & he would always reply To my emails the next day at 10 min before 5pm closing time to take 2 / 3 days to get anything done not reading correspondence that I've sent. Even mess up on 2 Banners Spelling Centre (center) wrong. List goes on and on at the day all I asked was to be treated fairly and compensated for the overcharges as well as the incomplete work. They can fix the signs and instal them correctly I had to hang the sign myself but I got billed for it because they sent an incompetent installer out.

We only ever use Signaram for TapSnap Vancouver's front panels. I know that we will get a quality product every time. The team have alway been accommodating and very helpful, even with our quick turn arounds. I would and have, recommended North Shore Signarama.
