Excellent, professional experience! Took my Royal Enfield in for 5k manufacturer scheduled inspection and maintenance. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to talk with me, fair and honest about costing upfront. There was some minor confusion if the oil needed changing too, but they were flexible and accommodating. I am completely satisfied with everything and will 100% return to trust future work on my motorbike.

Brought my bike in because I was having electrical issues, the battery wasn't charging properly and a fuse was blowing when I hit the brake. It took them two hours to find out the wire harness was connected improperly and I was told the battery issue was from dielectric grease. Fast forward two weeks and the battery won't hold a charge at all and had to be replaced.Service was friendly enough but I definitely don't feel like I got my money's worth.

Got my bike diagnosed after i ruined my clutch cable replacing the clutch. They where able to replace quickly and found a cable for me.Everyone was joy to speak with!After leaving my chain guard fell off, getting lodged in my back wheel causing it to lock.I called the shop - and they actually sent a trailer out to pick up my bike. Really would've saved my butt if i wasn't able to get the guard out with the help of a passing good samaritan.
