I've worked with other realtors in the past but Keaton has by far been the best one to work with. He's very flexible and hard working who always puts his clients first. Keaton is incredibly friendly and very easy to get along with. One of my favourite things about Keaton is that if he doesn't know the answer to your question, he will tell you he doesn't know and will get the answer for you. Some realtors might just say the things you want to hear but Keaton will always give you his honest opinion, which to me is one of the best traits to have in a real estate agent.

Keaton was a fantastic realtor to work with. Initially, he spent hours answering our questions, providing data regarding how many homes he sells, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our condo, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood ( Bridgwater ) with hundreds of similar condo builds would be tough to sell. That proved to be no challenge for Keaton. Keaton did an amazing job showing us around the city at various places we narrowed down as target neighborhoods. Keaton was a huge help in pointing out things we overlooked and things we should focus on.Keaton has extensive knowledge of homes and it showed as we looked at a wide variety of homes throughout the city until finding the right one. I think what we liked most about working with Keaton is how responsive he was when we showed interest in a property. There were times when he’d juggle around prior commitments to accommodate us and were forever grateful for his flexibility. Keaton’s responsiveness leads into my next trait highlight of the home buying experience being something we enjoyed with limited stress, even in the most intense situations near the end of placing an offer and waiting. When we wanted to take a break in August at looking at home, Keaton respected our wishes and let us know he’s there for us when we want to push the gas pedal again.To summarize, Keaton was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. It was very comforting to know exactly what we were signing for and the details and risks of our deal. The best part about working with Keaton was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

Keaton was a great realtor. He helped us list and sell our house. We were pleased with the whole process from start to finish.At the time we were selling; the market was extremely hard to predict. Keaton worked so hard to make sure he and we understood the fast changing market. He communicated with us daily, kept us up to date with the any trends in the market and our area and chatted with other realtors to get a better picture. His communication skills were phenomenal. Not only did he educate us but he also never pressured our decisions. He gave us the facts and based on those facts we decided what was best for us at the time and he was so supportive.Selling a house can be stressful and as we prepped the house to get ready for listing date - he continuously checked in and even gave us a contact for a painter.When the house was listed, he kept us up to date every step of the way! I cannot thank him enough for settling our anxieties during that week!
