Winchester Dental has a great team from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Friendly and efficient while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Dr. Hong changed my troubling dental year after pinpointing the source of an issue, followed by a quick and painless procedure with an immediate end to my discomfort. I may be lucky - but Dr. Hong appears to be changing the worlds perception about Root Canals one patient at a time. Thanks again to you and your incredible, professional colleagues.

My initial experience at this dental office was actually very pleasant. The facility is very clean, and the receptionists and staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and respond quickly to appointment requests. This all remains true, despite this negative review.Unfortunately the issue came when I scheduled an appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The dentist had done a consultation, taken X-rays and assured me the surgery could be done there (rather than be referred to an oral surgeons office). They said I didn’t even require anesthesia but just local freezing of the areas. I went in for my appointment at 11AM and sat in the chair for over TWO HOURS as the dentist twisted, poked, prodded, at my teeth before telling me that a)he had extracted two, but was unable to fully extract and had to leave the root tip in and that b)he wouldn’t be able to extract the other two and I would need an oral surgeon. It took he and his assistant forever to suture the two wounds and even after that, there was excessive bleeding, so they scrambled to find an oral surgeons office that could take me in immediately. At this point its nearly 3pm, and I had to get over to the orthodontists office and pay them an arm and a leg to tell me that the dentist should not have attempted this extraction in the first place, added a couple extra sutures to stop the bleeding, and schedule another appointment to have the surgery done properly-remove the root tips and the two other teeth, so essentially, I have to go through this entire procedure again. Not to mention my bottom lip as all busted up from the dentist pushing down on it with his tool attempting to get leverage to remove the tooth.If you aren’t 100% certain you can do the work then why not just refer me to the person who can in the first place. This is major dental surgery and patients shouldn’t be subjected to a trial and error test of the dentists abilities.

Been going here for 6 years now and have had nothing but great and timely service. Staff are very accommodating to fit appointments to your schedule.

I was absolutely blown away by the standing service that I received Winchester Dental.Not only was my dentist extremely understanding about my anxiety and fear about going to the dentist.He treated my very sensitive dental issues with extreme care and was very knowledgeable about diabetes / dental issues .And the girls at the front desk as well as the manager took care of my four month old baby on two different occasions while I had to have a dental procedure done.They went out of their way for me and my daughter I would highly recommend him to anybody that needs dental care done or is a diabetic!!!

After calling 15 dentists, I called Winchester Dental Centre as I was experiencing severe tooth pain and needed two emergency root canals. They were the first dentist to help me out in my situation and were able to squeeze me in the same day for an assessment and treatment of my pain. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their clients. This dentist is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This office is clean with very friendly staff. There are several private bays so almost never any waiting. The equipment used is up to date so that any xrays, cleaning etc is quick and pain free. Hygienists, assistants and dentists are professional and extremely proficient. I would highly recommend this dental office for any and all dental needs.

I absolutely love Winchester Dental!! I’ll never forget my first visit and how safe I felt. I’ve had some terrifying experiences in the past at other locations and Dr Hong made me feel comfortable and at ease! She was so gentle and informative. I’ll never go anywhere else! I truly appreciate her and her team!

Dr. Paul & his entire staff are incredible. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in to the smile and wave as you leave. I had some severe dental issues that I had been self conscious about and I was treated truly professionally the entire experience. I no longer even live in the area but I will happily be a patient of there’s indefinitely! Recommend this dental center to anyone & everyone.

Please don't be fooled by the state of art facility and friendly service. I was told I needed to have my almagam fillings removed even though they were not bothering me in anyway. This was after I was asked about my insurance coverage. The office realized how much they could charge my insurance and did work that wasn't necessary. After having four fillings removed, I was told on the spot I would need a root canal soon. A year or so later, I've had two root canals and one tooth extraction. I've experienced so much acute and chronic pain as a result and a loss of finances as insurance doesn't cover all root canal and crown fees. Every other dentist I've seen since said to never touch almagam fillings unless they are causing problems, which they weren't. Shame on Winchester Dental for duping your patients for your bottom line and failing to follow your oath as medical professionals to do no harm. Patients trust you to make decisions based on science and overall well being. I've had nothing but problems since following your advice that day. I'm now short one tooth that had to be extracted and just finished having yet another root canal, all on the same teeth you compromised. My advice is to get a second opinion if this clinic is suggesting work that doesn't seem necessary, especially for something that isn't causing any pain or problems. I trusted this clinic with my dental health as I thought they had my best interests at heart but clearly, they did not when they performed work that wasn't medically necessary.

This is a nice clean dental office. Staff are friendly and professional. Good communication. No issues so far.
