Bruce Peninsula Septic Service

Had a septic emergency on Christmas Eve and AJ was here for us right away.

Greed never stops. Bruce Peninsula now needs a septic pump and inspection form for cottage rentals so the company is now charging 150.00 extra for the form to be filled out. The municipality now requires rentals to charge an additional 4% tax for stays. All these fees get passed on to customers.

Polite, professional service when booking a time for service. Extremely prompt coming 2 days after calling and they didn’t think they could come until the following week. They went out of their way to fit me in before the property sold. I’d highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Very fast and profession when on site pumping out my septic tank. 10star rating if I could.

I have had positive experiences with this company in the past but this spring things have changed. Watch your bills, they like to charge fraudulent interest fees on invoices for A. work that has not been completed and B. For months that have not passed. The owner Kelly is combative and rude. When asked about this and challenged - “It’s just how I do business”. We tried to pay 2x but she had internet issues and got locked out of emt. Both times we sent payment on the same day requested. She has now charged us 2 months interest on a septic pump out that was 34 days aging. But we have made 2 attempts at payment one being 14 days prior. The second invoice she is charging 2 months interest on is for work that has not been completed. Complete insanity. Thanks for reading.
