This is a disgusting store :)I bought over 2000 dollars worth of merchandise from this store but they treat their customer with no respect. They assume I don’t understand Cantonese so they start gossiping and humiliating about me (I am actually standing in front them)in Cantonese. This is extremely rude, uneducated and unprofessional code of conduct for a store to treat customer like this. I couldn’t believe people would do this right in front their customers. Never coming back to your disgusting store, there are way better stores who treat their customers with respect.Oh yeah fake five star reviews from your friends and family, as anyone can tell all of them have Chinese last name Smart :)

this place is the best been going here for years, they custom made my son's glasses to fit a racing helmet and realigned lens focus so he can use his glasses effectively, plus they found me ruby red lens for my oakley juliets that they had to custom fit into my juliet lens... truly always above and beyond service

Kevin is wonderful. If you tell him your budget, he immediately provides you many options and he really knows his products. Price is reasonable!

Hands down one of the best eyewear stores in the city. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and the service is exceptional. You can tell they care deeply about providing a suitable product by the attention and care put into entire process. Extremely friendly staff. They are always eager to serve customers and willing to wait for customers to pick the eyeglasses up even though business hours are over for 15mins, plus still really willing to adjust the eyeglasses until you are satisfied with it. Definitely a gem in Richmond and highly recommend to everyone!

Coming to this place has definitely changed my perspective of what an eyewear store ought to be. Alan is very caring and made sure the right sunglasses were chosen for me, and came at a great discount! He was also very knowledgeable and overall made the experience very pleasant.When comparing contact lens prices to the place I’ve always been visiting; their prices were also more affordable for the same product. Definitely will be returning!

The service, price and selection of glasses at Eye Plus is absolutely outstanding. The staff is very professional and Kevin was exceptionally good at answering my questions and ensuring proper fit of my glasses. I cannot say enough good things about Eye Plus. Highly recommended!
