Alive Fitness and Training

Following my back surgery in Feb. the health authority failed to supply adequate rehabilitation supports. I started seeing Estelle privately for exercises and a fitness program to help me recover. At 3 months post-op I received a clean bill of health and have been given the all clear to return to all activities. I have returned to boot camps, running, hiking and participating in all the sports which I did pre-injury. Prior to my surgery, I had lost all hope of ever healing or participating in life as I once had. I believe I was successful because of the guidance, support and assistance of Estelle in my exercise and rehabilitation process. She is simply the best and took the time to find exercises which would speed recovery and build strength and endurance to help me reach my goals.
