On Friday, Feb 24th, while travelling home during a snow storm from Southampton to Windsor, my truck started acting up just 2 mins outside Goderich. It was very stressful, being alone & that far from home broken down.Thank Heavens for Lake Huron Chrysler. They were fantastic, and they did so many wonderful things for me. Their kindness was so amazing.The Parts Guy (wish I got his name) saved the day & found the last and only available part in Windsor. As luck would have it, Great Lakes had a team on route for vehicle pick up at the same Windsor dealership where the part was available. They told me they could get the part back the same day - which was great news.I decided to stay the night because of bad weather & Jim, the Owner's Dad drove me to a clean & safe Hotel. He told me that someone would come & get me in the morning. Instead he called me later on and said the truck was fixed and they were going to drop it off at my hotel. This way, Jim said, I could get on the road first thing.Talk about service & kindness. The bonus - the entire thing was covered under warranty with 4 days left to spare. Thank You to Jim, the Woman in Service and the Man who got the last part" on the system! I have never had service like this in my life!!10 STARS in my books

Like getting ripped off by service? Come on down to Lake Huron Chrysler.If your Chrysler product needs service I’d strongly recommend taking it elsewhere. Literally anywhere. This stealership has now cost me thousands of dollars in lost time, fuel going from one dealership to another.I patiently await whatever excuse they’ll respond with, and I’ll keep posting negative reviews in response to them. Zero star if I could.

I brought my 2013 Ram 1500 in to have the brakes serviced. They recommended $1,600 worth of work. Because of the expense, and just to get me back home, they did a caliper servicing and freed up a slider pin so my caliper would not seize. They charged me two hours labour ($250 with tax). Less than 100 km down the road the caliper seized. The caliper was the only thing they did not want to replace with thier quote. When I attempted to get my money back, I was told no. The service manager said that they had serviced the caliper and they could not predict that it would seize again. As the caliper was the only thing they touched, and they did not recommend replacement in thier quote, and it seized almost immediately after leaving thier shop, I feel that note returning my money is unfair. If they had done the $1,600 in work, this same issue would have still happened. I ended up getting all of the work done at a Canadian Tire in Stratford for $1,000. If you are looking for service, I would pass on Lake Huron Chrysler.

Pretty good so far but my truck has a problem that is proving to be difficult to fix. We will try again in a week. Requires a specific tech to investigate and he is busy working on other vehicles. Hopefully things go well on Thursday.

I bought my first car from them and their customer experience was the best. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they did everything that needed to be done to get my new car on the road. I will defiantly be a returning customer to purchase future cars. I'll highly recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Brought my Jeep here because it had no heat on driver side. After 3 hours of waiting and $470 later they told me my driver side had heat again and was good to go. As soon as I drove away and tried the heat it still was not fixed, still no heat on driver side. Not sure what kind of pathetic mechanics work here, I doubt they're even qualified to touch a wrench. All I got from going here was a waste of my morning and money. Would give zero stars if I could.

I was sold a 2019 Ram 3500 here in 2020. Was sold as a one owner vehicle with a “minor rear end” insurance claim from a trailer jackknife. Was told the truck was purchased there originally from a local gentleman.Just recently traded the truck in, and upon appraisal learned I was in fact the THIRD owner of this (at the time) less than 1 year old truck, it was originally from Guelph, and had been in not one but two front end collisions, One of which resulting in nearly $15,000 in damage.If you have purchased a new vehicle here, please don’t go back. If you have purchased a used vehicle here, I would strongly recommend reading over the paperwork they gave you extremely thoroughly and/or getting a UVP from service Ontario to learn the true history of the vehicle they probably ripped you off on.
