Factory Optical - Regina - Grasslands

I ran into the store looking to pick up some new sunglasses, and knew that factory optical always had some non-prescription name brands and I wanted to check them out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Lindsay. I told her what I was looking for and we made our way over to the sunglasses, we started looking at the different options and we eventually settled on the pair that I now keep in my car and am so happy with. It was outstanding service, even though I wasn’t there for prescription glasses or to get my eyes checked. I felt like I was her number one priority and didn’t feel rushed to make a choice. She even brought up the fact that they have a lasik consultant person that I could meet with to see if I would qualify when I brought up my interest in it! Amazing work, thank you lindsay and Factory Optical!

Great selection of glasses, exceptional customer service, I'm glad I checked this place out a few years ago and have been a customer since then, got my family to switch over and co workers too. I wanted to Thank the Harbour landing team and Michelle in particular for their help throughout, you're the reason we keep coming back.

I took my son for an eye appointment and to pick out glasses. The optometrist is great there and they have a good variety of selection in glasses! Hallie helped with pricing and picked out a perfect pair for him!

I found the staff fickle and if you disagreed with them they walked away and refused to answer other questions. The optometrist was good but due to the bad staff I got my glasses elsewhere. I can not recommend getting glasses here

I can’t thank penny enough for all the help she has done for me regarding my safety eyeglass.she was always their to extend a helping hand whenever i’m having issues with my safety glasses.i highly recommend this factory optical grassland branch.all the staff are accomodating and helpful especially penny.thank you again.

Penny and the team at factory optical are AMAZING!!! My normal contact shop is advanced eye care but I was turned away, stating my prescription of 1 year was no good and they couldn't help me unless i got an eye exam. I was quite upset by this, I knew prescriptions were good for 2 years and that I wouldn't be able to work my registered nursing job without contacts due to the fast paced environment. Penny got me in the same day I called and provided me with amazing customer service and expertise on contacts. I will be switching to factory optical and would like to give a huge shoutout to the grasslands team. Penny was a life saver today and I can't thank her enough. 10/10.

I arrived with the intention of creating a new account and purchasing some contacts. After my eyes were examined, I realized I accidentally had 3 contacts in my eye; two in my left and one tucked under my eyelid on my right. Simple mistake.The employee certified with contact lenses became extremely aggressive and started berating me for this simple mistake. Berating a potential new customer! I walked out. This was abysmal customer service and I highly advise against signing up at this location. If I could leave a 0/5 I would.

Absolutely LOVED my experience with Factory Optical and with Penny Kelly, in particular. I came to Factory Optical after having a bad experience at another optometrist. Penny was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, super helpful and very friendly. Factory Optical has a customer for life, that's how pleased I am. Thanks again, Penny.

Unfortunately, my pair of glass frame broke and a kind gentlemen was kind enough to repair my glasses for free. Unlike Fyidoctors that want to charge me $25-35, depending on the damage. Therefore I am grateful to Factory Optical for your service.
