Zero stars if I could. This company is BAD, BAD, BAD! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!Do not deal with Trudy Raymond.She purposefully called EVERY family member to stop the withdrawal process, when she was specifically directed not to do so by the account holder, thus causing world war 3 within the family.Trudy likes to play the dumb" card
