Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was my first experience with renting a car, and will definitely be back!! Matt was very nice nd helpful on giving information about returning the car. We had an amazing trip and enjoyed every last minute!! Thank you Enterprise in Ontario you guys rock. See ya again!!!

UNBELIEVABLE! The people at this enterprise might be nice but look out. We booked a car for a trip. We have booked before there. The time before the plug in for the GPS wouldn't function. So they said next time let us know and we will give you a good deal. We called for a car. 15 hours before we are set to go on a trip.They call. UHHH we didn't know that is was this week you wanted the car or the price would of been higher. We are all SOLD OUT!! We can't have you a car for your trip. I am giving this no stars at all. I won't use this place if it is the last one on earth. This is a huge company and you can't come up with a car? You have to be persistant to get management to call you and so you get the run around. Never again! I am informing BBB. Thanks Enterpirse for NOTHING and ruining our vacation.Huge Management issues!

Very accommodating establishment. Hugo what's kind enough to pick me up at the motel, and everything was just that should be from there. They have the same cars that everybody else does and they're reasonable with rates and flexible with things like car returns. I dealt with the Ontario Oregon establishment and I fully recommend it to anyone who needs a vehicle in that area

The rental car process was easy and quick. The staff was amazing staying late to accommodate me as I had a horrible day and was running late. I also had to extend and it was so easy. I will say my only complaint was trying to contact someone to extend over the holiday weekend.

They don't answer phone. Reserved car for 9am, when I got there they said they had to go get one in Caldwell idaho..so why didn't you send for it at 8am when you opened? Now screwed for appointment I had. Mind you I had planned for usual delays..

Excellent service, one phone call within an hour all was set, picked me up from my location and back, rates are good, well done keep it up, see you soon.
