Shoddy and selfish management, no accountability to its elderly residents. Central air conditioning system has been down for over 4 weeks during a period of peak summer heat, impacting all residents in its 3 towers with temperatures in some units exceeding 30 degrees. Meanwhile the management office's air conditioning is working uninterrupted. When you call to enquire about when the issue will be addressed, they offer to send herbal tea to its residents instead of working to find alternative ways to cool down the building. Completely unacceptable.
