Banana Republic Factory Store

I had a great experience at this BR store! Very friendly staff, great style advice and store layout. I appreciate the manager's excellent customer service skills! Great vibes... I will be returning!

I was minding my business looking for a pair of sweatpants and I was approached by this terrifying woman. She was short but very scary. She just kept giggling and grabbing my butt. Her name was lalit. Galit si lalit!

Very nice store, staff is very polite and kind. The clothing is high end and superior quality material. The prices for the cloths are reasonably priced. But the sales are amazing can get really good deals.

Great customer service at this location. Everyone is very friendly and help you with a smile. They sanitize the changing rooms after each customer. Makes me feel safe.Unfortunately, they do not have a wide variety of sizes. I have been there a couple of times lately and they only have smaller sizes.

Not a big store but they have a decent collection of styles for all ages. The sales staff are very friendly and offer style suggestions too (just ask :). We’ve been there a few times already and can’t stop going. The floor and trial rooms are well managed. If you spend some time looking for marked down items, chances are your eyes will pop out with some of those discounts! Five stars to Isabelle for her awesome service at the cash register - she was so helpful and patient as we had shopped lots and also had multiple returns and voucher transactions to process all at once.

Store manager does not know how to treat, or speak to customers. 3 of the 5 shirts I purchased here have separated at the elbow due to cheap fabric being used. Instead of exchanging for new shirts she accused me of tearing them myself.The shirts were less than 5 months old and have been worn a handful of times. They were always dry cleaned, and in a rotation of 10-15 other shirts. This is the first time I have had issues with banana republic shirts.The other staff were friendly, and very understanding. I have no complaints towards them.

Excellent customer service. Variety of nice design & fitting specially in ladies clothing. Great deals. Unique dresses & accessories. Good return policy too. Love to visit this place.

The customer service representative ( M J Toews) was very nice and friendly. The store was well organized. She was very cooperative, helpful and working in jolly mood. I would recommend this place for your shopping.

I went in a few weeks ago to go shopping for my graduation. I understand Banana Republic is a higher end brand but my customer service lacked. I happen to come into the store on a colder day, jacket on straight from school so I wore a backpack on my back. I clearly did not match the upscale wealthy people who I imagine often shop here. One worker asked me if I needed help but besides that no employees spoke to me. When I went to check out the woman at the counter was a little rude in saying she would help me in a moment. I choose to take business elsewhere I’m just shocked at how I was treated both here and next door at Calvin Klein. Hoping that Mangement will work on improving this.
