Jason is someone whom I would say has a lot of integrity. From my own experience working with him and from the family and friends I have sent to him he will always do what is best for the client. I have seen him work miracles with my cousin's mortgage. I have had him help me negotiate with the bank for a better rate at no benefit to himself. Whenever anyone asks me about getting a loan, he is the first name that comes to mind. When it comes to finances, it's important to have someone you trust in your corner.

Jason helped me secure my mortgage on my apartment, and helped me with refinancing/dealing with a divorce I went through when the apartment was brought into it. He's been a great help with all of that, and any question I've had has been answered promptly and informatively. He's been friendly and approachable, and has always treated me fairly. I'd recommend Suttie Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home.

What i also like is that he provides several scenarios and options, and then shares recommendations within these options based on his extensive experience. Jason was so helpful with finding the perfect mortgage product for us. He got us a mortgage with a line of credit, every time we pay our mortgage the line of credit limit increases. It’s exactly what we wanted for our situation and that’s what Jason does, he listens to your needs and let’s you know the best options available to you. The whole process was very convenient and done virtually, we have met Jason in person before but with how everything is in the world right now and everyone’s busy lives not having to go to physical meetings makes it that much easier.
