Amazing design consultants, helped our family select furniture for our new home as we were furnishing multiple rooms. Kesay assisted in selecting all our materials, drawing a floor plan and were patient with our decisions as choosing furniture for entire home is a lot of work. Overall extremely happy with furniture we ordered!!

Dealing with Kesay has been a complete headache. I had to call multiple times after waiting over the 8 weeks wait time that we were told. The first time they said our couch should arrive in 2 weeks time(making it 10 weeks), 4 weeks later I called again only to find out it has been sitting in a warehouse! When the couch finally arrived it was missing pieces and not the size that we had figured it would be. Apparently our sales person never charged us for the pieces we did not receive even though we were very specific with what we wanted. We finally managed to arrange a refund as we were done giving this company our time and money. It has been a month since our refund" and we still don't have our money.. do not waste your time on this company!!"

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Kesay. Being in the market for new furniture for my home, and having heard great things about the lines that they offer, I thought that I'd explore. I arrived shortly after opening and wandered the various showrooms for a good amount of time without a single team member acknowledging my presence. This despite a number of individuals worked there passing by, with many refusing to even make eye contact, and the one who did giving me a displeased look.Winnipeg's a big city, but not big enough that you can afford to ignore potential clientele coming in your door. Customer care / interest goes a long way in this town.There were a number of pieces that were of interest to me, however the lack of interest in talking with me, or discussing my needs was evident. This was made even more clear by the fact that four individuals standing at the customer service counter that I passed by didn't even bother to look up, despite me walking right in front of them on my way out the door. I even stopped to linger and look at a few pieces just to see if anyone would finally say something as simple as hello."Some nice stuff

Last summer we spent 4 months renovating the main floor of our two story home and decided to completely update our living room and dining room furniture. In our search we dropped into Kesay and met Jezz Miller. Jezz's professionalism immediately shone through and by the end of our first meeting we felt very excited to work with her to find the perfect pieces for our new space.Jezz came out to our house and took measurements as well as assessed the colour palette of the space. Within a few days she came back with a number of furniture layouts and ideas for colours and wood tones.Over the next few weeks Jezz guided us to a number of great pieces for the living room and the perfect dining room suite. All pieces were Canadian made and of excellent quality.On delivery, we found the moving guys to be very professional and personable.If you are looking for great quality furniture as well as an excellent interior designer to guide you through your purchases you will do no better than working with Jezz at Kesay.Jack and Lynne

I just bought a sectional sofa and so far so good. It is not a budget furniture store. Delivery and set up was timely and easy.-------- update Aug 2017 ----------Now trying to sell this sofa (original $4400) - still immaculate - on Facebook. Received a message from a guy who bought the same sofa for $1500 (new) from Kesay. I am changing my rating as obvs I have seriously overpaid for the sofa - and I won't ever shop at Kesay again - BEWARE!

We ordered 2 dining chairs (Van Gogh Flora) and a metal side table (Romina accent table TA033). The dining chairs were a special order, since we chose the material and finish but the table was ordered for us because the one on the floor was damaged. When we called 8 weeks later to check on our order, we were told the chairs were in but not the table. Then we had a disagreement about the table. They said the table was also a special order and would not give us a discount to correspond with an advertised sale. They gave us free delivery after a lot of calling back and forth. But first I was ignored with the promise of a reply by e-mail, forcing me to call again 2 days later. Then, they said because this was a special order, the price could not be changed.My husband signed for the delivery. I laughed when I saw the table. It was not the table I ordered. Dustin ordered the wrong table.I researched these items on line and found the exact same table at Wayfair - and it was cheaper - with free delivery - and they don't take 9 weeks to deliver. The chair manufacturer lists 5 stores in Winnipeg.So do your research. They are not the only game in town.

We recently renovated our living room and were in the market for new furniture. We dealt with Jezz Miller who was great to deal with. She took the time to come to our house and take measurements of our living room and then produced a number of different furniture layouts on 3-D drawings. After choosing a furniture layout, Jezz put together a montage of photos and prices for each piece of furniture and accessory. We ended up purchasing everything she had suggested. Afterwards, Jezz contacted us with some suggestions on a couple of other accessories that we purchased. We love our new living room and have received many compliments from family and friends. Jezz is a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful interior designer. Every time we meet her in the store she welcomes us with a big smile. The furniture delivery staff were excellent too. They delivered and set up our furniture in a prompt and efficient manner. In short, Kesay has wonderful staff and and they can provide furniture and accessories to meet any design choice. - Harvey & Sandra Kaita

I wasn't thrilled with the looks my boyfriend and I got when we walked in. Young couple, just looking around, didn't warrant too much attention. Little do they know, my boyfriend is a furniture designer, for a company that sells real pieces, not knock offs. The price here is very steep for having all knock offs of famous pieces. Your better of buying the real deals online for a much cheaper price.

I'm not sure why there are all these negative reviews. Bridgette was our sales person. She was fantastic in helping us pick a dining room table and a sofa and chairs for our living room. She even came to our house, (on her own time), to help us decide what colours to paint our home to match the furniture, and also gave us helpful tips on decorating.We ordered our furniture from Kesay (custom) and were kept apprised of its progress throughout its manufacturing process. The service here is excellent. The products are a bit more pricey than other furniture stores, but the quality and selection are better than most places in the city.If you want great furniture and excellent service/design tips, this is the place to go.

I droped in to Kesay one day on a whim and saw the most fantastic bedroom suite ever, the sales person Laurel was really good, I became a little concerned when they wanted 50 percent upfront with a ship date for four weeks later, but I paid it. Four weeks ended being over 2 months with the standard its on the truck" excuse. When it did arrive in Winnipeg I had to pay the full amount before they would deliver
