Good Monday morning. It was nice to see Curly back at this location. Sad to hear, her hours were cut, and now she's only working Mondays. She's wonderful, friendly, informative, and kind. Thank you Curly, for always providing top notch customer service. I hope the owner gives you more hours.

On the storm day i had filled gas and forgot to collect my windshield washer. I called and said i would come back to get it. LIFE WAS BUSY and went back after a week. They told me no records tgey eill see camera's and talk to manager. I went back after the following days. They told me no record of winshield washer. I was shocked and i paid around $8. Its not a big deal but the principal of how i was treated as if i was lieing or stealing. Beware of this gas station.

I was deeply disappointed with the service that I received at this Shell location. I have an Autism service dog and used to come to this gas station quite regularly to pick up various convenience items. A few months ago, I came to this location to pick up a few groceries with my service dog but was, at first refused service as the cashier who was working at that location that day. He was told by his manager to not serve me as he didn’t want me to bring my dog into the store as he was worried that my dog would try to eat some of his products. As a fully licensed service animal, my service dog has gone through over two years over extremely intense training and was also required to pass a public access test prior to being certified. This test ensures that the dog would not be tempted to eat any of the products. I told the cashier this, and he continued to insist that I could not have my service dog on the premise, despite the fact that my service dog was perfectly well behaved the entire time we were in the store.Following a very frustrating, but very cordial discussion, I was finally allowed to purchase my groceries and upon paying, as promised, left the store.Following this incident, I filled out the Shell customer service feedback form, but did not receive a response and, the next email I received was an auto generated email, saying that my submission had expired and had been deleted.I strongly feel that the employees here should receive more AODA training as their actions that day was in direct violation of the Ontarian’s With Disabilities Act.In comparison, I would strongly recommend that the manager of this location take a serious look at the customer service of the 711 gas station across the street. They have always been extremely welcoming of both me and my service dog and have even gone as far as to offer my service dog water on hotter days, going above and beyond what is required in the AODA.I look forward to hearing a response regarding an update regarding the status of the AODA Training at this location and hope that a similar situation will not occur again at either this or any other Shell location.

I was really disappointed about service from Aziz who worked on Thursday June 2nd at 11:30 am. Very very rude guy. He was screaming on me,Don’t used this locationKind regardsEdward

This is one of the few Shell stations that I have ever used. Used their car wash a couple of times and it was good. Shell(different locations and me have had a problems with car wash in past)it's touch less. This one was good. Gas prices are average and never the cheapest. Service inside has always been good and friendly to me. Located at Rossland and Harwood.N.

Staff was absolutely useless when I couldn’t get the car wash to work and with a long line behind me, they didn’t seem to care.

The worst car wash I’ve come across. Went for the touch less ultimate 13.99, left large portions of the car untouched. Had to redo the wiping by hand and had to go for a wash again. The car wash may work if you just wash your car at home and go to this place just to splash water evenly.

One of the better gas stations in terms of pricing as well as various services. Their car wash is great and touchless but unfortunately out of service quite often. Honestly I would have given a lower rating but today's service was AMAZING I could not. I had a code with me at the car wash, got to the front and it unfortunately didn't work. I called in and asked for a new code temporarily and the lady was kind enough to trust me and give me one over the phone. I paid afterwards which I was happy she trusted me to do. :)

This is a great place. I want to address some of the negative comments. Some times the customer is wrong and wants the employee to do something they can’t. So maybe look at yourself before blaming others. I have smiled every time at the cashier and they smiled back. So treat others the way you want yourself to be treated. Plus they got special offers on car washes and other products in the store. I saw the owner working along other employees in the store and that was very very nice of him, i still wish everyone was that humble and would have no ego like that guy. Beside that i would prefer going here over any other gas station.
