Pro North Collision

I was involved in a accident around 3 Am and I called Roadstar towing for a tow truck and had one sent to me within 30 mins!! I wanted my car brought to pro north collision as it was referred to me by a friend. The tow truck driver was very nice and professional and explained everything to me and the next steps i had to take. Following day i came in and was greeted by millad and boris who not only got me set up with a rental vehicle (2020 Lexus! ) but helped me open my claim and assured me all parts used will be OEM straight from the dealer. What nice and professional people from the tow truck driver to office staff honestly a bad experience turned not so bad. All this to say i am back in my vehicle looking better then it did new and i will forsure be using Roadstar towing and pro north collision if i ever get into a accident again. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!

This guy fixed my car after an accident.When I came back to pick up the car, it looked like a brand new car. The service was good from the beginning and the communication with the insurance company was directly by the place. I felt secured and that I definitely can trust on him (Boris)the next time I have a problem with my car, I know were to go.Thanks again Boris!

I heard about this place has good attitude and good work done on your car. I was thinking about to bringing my car to the shop for an estimate but my best friend told me that he went there once and never again because the people there has poor attitude, cussing and name calling, when he was nice all the way through even when they were being mean. I didn't believe him so I called them up asking a few question to clarify what they do, using what tools and whatever else that wasn't on their site.About 3 questions in, the receptionist was getting all moody and making derogatory comments about my voice, wither I was still interested in bring my car here for work because I was asking too much questions. They just ended up hanging up on me half way through a question. I'm not bringing my car here.This is for the location at 70 Vanley Crescent, North York, ON M3J 2B8.

These guys tried to scam my father when he got into an accident. They towed the car into their facility then tried to force my father to get the car fixed in their shop.They didn't even want the insurance adjuster inside so they can work on it, even though it was a write off.They take advantage of you because you are shaken up after an accident, and we had to go through many setbacks just to get the car back. Scammers in my eyes.

DO NOT GO HERE> THEY WORK WITH A SCAMMY CAR RENTAL COMPANY CALLED CONNECT CAR RENTAL.Millad told me everything will go through insurance but it did not. They work with a scam artist car rental company called Connect Car Rental that takes your deposit and does not return it. I will sue them

The Manager Millad is always on top of the claim and is always on point when it comes to getting back to you and dealing with the insurance company on your behalf. Boris the owner is upfront and honest. He has been is business for a long time and stands behind his workmanship and pricing. I've used these guys on 4 claims and they've exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. Don't hesitate to have them repair your vehicle.

The cops, insurance companies and consumer protection agencies should be made aware of all the scams these people run. Not worthy of being in business and definitely should have their doors shut. If you are going to make the mistake of giving them your business, do make sure that you get every verbal agreement written and signed. They WILL back out of any time, quality, price commitments made because that’s the way they do business. FRAUD and DECEIT is how they’ve built their business.
