Glasses Half Full

My spouse needed an optometrist for a second opinion as he has a prism that his life long optometrist nonchalantly says there’s nothing that can be done every time he asks about it. Dr. Michael took the time to explain what options there actually are (eye therapy or surgery) and gave him a referral. My spouse was very happy with Dr. Michael taking the time to share his knowledge.When it was time for my eye exam, of course I came here as well and it was a wonderful experience.When it was time for me to pick out some new glasses, Rob very passionately helped me pick out frames. It’s a level of service that I’ve certainly never experienced at any other optometry shops.It’s nice to see they focus on finding small independent brands as opposed to the monopoly that is Luxotica. You will find very on trend frames here, with endless color options and styles.The pricing is pretty transparent as it’s posted on the shelves and includes the frame and standard lenses. There is lense upgrade for about $200 which I’m not clear on how optional it is for folks with strong prescriptions. Some people may prefer to see that extra charge posted as well so it’s not a sticker shock. I was able to stick with the basic, which was done in house and ready the very next day!!Overall, the optometrist, the team, and the range of frames are just unbeatable in every aspect.

Had such a great experience buying glasses here! The team is incredibly knowledgeable about everything from the fit and function of the frames to the manufacturer and design inspiration. Everyone was invested in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses.

The staff is incredibly friendly, they explained everything in detail to me and Dr. Kreuzer was amazing! I loved the follow up texts I received from them, something no other optometrist has done and I will be going back to them with all my optical needs.Their website says they have a dog on the team and the only down side was that I didn't get to see the pupper :(

The nicest people, great service. They offer a wide range of styles, unique and beautiful. Staff are helpful and give good advice without being overbearing. A screw fell off the nose pads from a pair I bought several years ago and they replaced the screw and “tuned up” my glasses tightening and shining everything up, without any expectations or charges.

Had an AMAZING experience of a comfortable eye exam without the air being shot in your eye (so uncomfortable) they have a way better way of an eye exam. Very thorough, service was a 10 out of 10 for all of the staff. Beautiful selection and at reasonable/great deals. DR.MICHEAL IS A VERY GOOD OPTOMETRIST AND HELPS GET YOU THE BEST PRICE ON CONTACTS, they can also make your sunglasses any colour and fade that you want, they have so many options of colour and style (fade, gradients) and the children’s glasses are very cute and in many styles and sizes

My first eye exam was such a bad experience I waited 20 years to get a second one. I'm super glad I chose this place. Dr. Michael took his time to make sure I was comfortable, explained everything every step of the way and all the staff were friendly and professional.

Michael is an excellent optometrist that is very detailed and cares about his patients. There are lots of frames and lens options available with an amazing staff to help you pick the right one. Huge shout out for Rochelle for helping me with multiple lens and frame adjustments to get my vision perfect.
