Beautiful place to meditate and meet other people on a spiritual path. Also I think that another review here from Cindy Gomes is confusing the Shambhala Center with another company that is a DJ festival - Shambhala Music Festival. What a shame!

This newly renovated building is an amazing place to come meditate. Open to the public all week, it host open house meditation at different times each day. Check website for schedule. I go there regularly to sit and meet kind people.

I appreciate the Monday meditation nights with instructions, sitting and walking meditation follow by optional discussions, just by donation. The place is peaceful and beautiful and the volunteers and teachers kind and helpful. The centre offers workshops, courses and other great events at an accessible location.
