Very friendly staff!Took the time to listen to what I needed.Gave great advice, and suggested a rub and sauce combo that I'm sure will work out great for my ribs.Best part they were able to create a rub for a future smoke for a brisket.Very reasonable prices.

Great store. The staff are always helpful and have a genuine interest in the product. They are adding more pre-mixed spice options that do not have msg, and that is always exciting and appreciated!

Local or chain? Fresh or who knows when packaging occurred? Small batch or factory? And the biggie: where is salt ranked in the blend? Spice World checks all the boxes: local, as in family; fresh as in made in-house; small batch as in no way one family is a factory; and the winner: salt is never the number one ingredient in my favourite 4 blends. My Old Bay has been replaced by the Seafood blend: awesome. My recipe for a coffee rub is now a fond memory, replaced by Coffee & Cocoa, wow. 'Peg City & steak: oh, yeah. Who needs Montreal? If you BBQ, have a smoker, or just like to play with spices in your kitchen, this is the place to shop. And it's a fun place to shop, as well. The staff makes you feel welcome & have answers & recommendations. Pricing is better than the spice racks" in supermarkets

Clean and OrganizedA hidden Winnipeg gem and Foody's delight . Most helpful staff. Do try their Peg city blend and Everything Bagel for starters before proceeding to the exotic spices and salt. The aromas will leave you invigorated. A special thanks to Bless and Aaron.

I never believed the reviews of those who had visited Spice World until I personally experienced it. It's indeed a spicy world. They have variety of spices for different menu. If you are unsure of the exact spicy you are looking for, you can bank on the recommendation of the staff there. The one recommended for me met and exceeded my expectations!!! I will visit spicy world again and again!

The store has a wide range of hard to source spices, as well as my favourite Mexican vanilla! The online order process was very easy and the staff member who helped me was super friendly. Will definitely be back!

They have EVERYTHING! Whole, ground, mixed, you name it! There were spices here I had always been wanting, but could never find (except online).Very lovely little shop, clean and well organized :)

I ordered a few of their spices and herb blends because I shop mostly locally. The ingredients for the majority of the ones I bought were not good. For example, the first 5 ingredients for the fish seasoning are: salt, sugar, maltodextrin, corn starch, hydrogenated vegetable fat, etc. My suggestions would be to list the ingredients for each one on your website so people are aware of what they are buying. Also, work on creating blends with better quality ingredients.

Spice World is a local gem. Not only do they offer a wide variety of ethnic spices (including Ceylon Cinnamon), but their staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful! We started cooking more traditional cuisine this past year, and have cooked with large-box-store spices. The quality and taste of those we purchased at Spice World has made for a noticeable improvement in the taste of our cooking. Knowing where the spices are sourced also feels good. First time in today. Didn't know this was here. I was referred over by another business that was out of stock on a herb I was hunting. Gentleman working today was very helpful and pleasant. Smells incredible in here of course. Even found a few other items I was interested in. The quality of the oregano for example was on par with some I brought back from the Mediterranean in the past. Prices seemed very reasonable. Will be returning regularly now for my herbs and spices.
