Handled mortgage transfer properly - in to sign papers that weren't even there and then missed a initial on one sheet, and had to go back again. Had to request a disbursement of funds to settle up our transfer mortgage to them. Set the payment for the mortgage payment date and it is not even out of my account. Would not advise using them for mortgages at all.

This branch put a hold on my savings account for no reason and will not allow w/d’s via app or my new Scotiabank location even though that account is advertised as a savings you can transfer into and out of. Not impressed… clearly theft and fraud going on.
