The Laundry Rooms - Waterloo

Our suite was comfortable and clean with a great modern style and easily accommodated our family of three and allowed for privacy with the separate bedrooms. The beds were divine and the in-suite laundry and full kitchen made this place feel like a home away from home! The view of Uptown Waterloo was beautiful and there were so many awesome pubs and restaurants in walking distance it made it hard to choose! It helped that every place we went allowed minors until 10 pm so we weren’t limited in our choices!Our host was extremely gracious, greeted us onsite for check in and had excellent recommendations for nearby amenities!I will absolutely stay again the next time I’m in Waterloo! No more hotels for us!!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Another amazing stay at The Laundry Rooms! Everything was clean and the place was well decorated. Chris is the best host, always goes the extra mile to make your experience memorable. We will be back for a third time!

This review is long overdue, but my husband and I stayed at the Laundry Rooms last fall during a hockey tournament. Chris was wonderful to deal and so accommodating. We had a beautiful one bedroom penthouse apartment. It made our trip relaxing and memorable!

We stayed in the Laundry Room penthouse for the weekend. It was absolutely beautiful: spacious, and cozy apartment with all amenities that we needed and a beautiful view especially at night. We didn’t want to leave as it felt like home! The apartment was super clean and well kept. The building has a beautiful outdoor pool, fitness area and lounge! Special thanks to Chris for the warm welcome, beautiful suite and being so hospitable and easy to contact! We look forward to staying here in the future and highly recommend it.

Great location in the Uptown area, less than 10 mins drive to UofW. Clean, spacious modern suite stocked with kitchen tools and utensils for cooking full meals, and nice toiletries (we didn’t even need our own conditioner for long dry hair)! We stayed from Saturday to Monday and the guest parking was spacious and never full. Chris was friendly and prompt to welcome us, gave us a quick tour of the amenities, and is genuinely proud of the property. The reservation, check in and check out were a breeze. We took the extra 5 mins to fill out the questionnaire and were placed in a suite that fits our needs (we had a dog visitor). Would definitely book again.

I stayed here with my dog while waiting for my furniture to arrive in Toronto and it was perfect! Centrally located, stocked with everything needed to cook and live for the week. Chris, the property manager was extremely welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The ground floor lounge was a nice place to hang out and have coffee. I will definitely be back when visiting Waterloo!

We couldn't be happier with our 2 month stay this winter at The Laundry Rooms - Waterloo. After our experience, it's easy to see why they have a 5 star rating. The apartment style rooms are clean, modern and comfortable with everything we needed - full kitchen, televisions, balcony, parking, wifi, etc. Access to the train was very conveniently located across the street and there was good access to lots of nearby food options. Chris went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and that everything went smoothly from day one until our check-out. His thoughtfulness and attention to customers make this hotel stand out as one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The Laundry Rooms will definitely be our go to place to stay in Waterloo!

We are a family of four. We were living in 1713 apartment (1200-1300 square feets) - it is a spacious, bright, quiet and cozy apartment with everything you need included in the price. I wish I could stay longer. Everything is done at a superior level. The location is fantastic: close to parks, shops, and Waterloo city center. Everything is within walking distance. Furthermore, the building itself has many amenities for remote work and leisure which is relevant for IT engineers. Special thanks to Chris for the warm welcome and help with everything you need during our stay.

Lovely spacious apartment, in the uptown Waterloo, you will feel like home there. The Laundry Rooms management is very kind and welcoming, you can fully rely on them. Location is great, you will have banks, grocery store, pharmacy at your disposal in 5 minutes distance, convenient underground parking.If you need accommodation in the area I highly recommend to consider The Laundry Rooms.

Excellent Stay! Came up from NY for my grandfather's funeral. Chris was so accommodating. The room made this trip so much easier to grieve and relax. It was 8 mins from where my family lives, from the funeral home, and the church. You can walk to the bank, walk to get a bite to eat, walk to the bar. Clean and pristine location! Would love to come back!
