1 month after placing my order it is still not completed.I emailed customer service and 10 working days later all a got was automated reply, nobody contacted me.I called weeks ago the order is on it's way.Now I have been waiting to talk to someone for 2 hours, nothing.Yet for some reason it took them les than 24 hours to bill my credit card with items they failed to ship.I will find other companies to support.The virus is hitting everyone but their response has been the worst I have seen so far.When you cannot be bothered to to reply/ talk to your customers but fly to take their money, it says a lot!

We received a present that we wanted to exchange in this store. The responsable refunded, by error, to the sender of the present and it was not possible to exchange anymore the present. The responsable refused to give any options or commercial gesture for their mistake. This is non professional and very frustrating.
