Once you spend your money the customer service goes out the window. Purchased a gift card online, doesn't give you the option to save if you don't have a printer. Emailed multiple times for assistance and no response. 2/10 would not recommend.

My favourite place! The staff are so friendly and they capably and skillfully carry out your requests. Always comfortable and clean. A great place to bring your friends, too! I think there are 4 or 5 pedi massage chairs, easily 6 manicure stations, which you can enjoy while sipping a drink.They have a wide variety of other services too! Reasonably priced for the level of service and you can book online! I love that!

Although I do not go as often as I would like to, Vixen is the best nail salon in Milton. It is not the cheapest and not the most expensive but at least you know the salon is clean, they use clean tools, and they have experienced friendly staff. They pride themselves on great service. If you are just looking for a quick manicure/pedicure and you don't care about what I've mentioned, there are plenty of other salons to choose from in Milton. If you want to be sure the utensils used on your nails are clean, the nail polish is actually what's written on the bottle and the staff is friendly and good at what they do (this comes at a reasonable price) then this is your place. In my visits to this salon, I have never witnessed any of the situations described in the negative reviews listed here - the only things I have seen include some rude people who are expecting a four seasons spa experience but only want to pay dollar store prices. Great job Vixen team at sticking to who you are and giving Miltonians a better option with tremendous value for nail services!

I get my nails done alot so for my birthday, I was gifted a gift certificate to get a manicure from this place. I didn’t want to waste it so I decided to give this place a try. I usually get my nails done in Toronto so I wanted to explore if there were any good places to go to here in Milton. I arrived for my 4pm appointment and still had to wait for quite a bit. At the end of it, my nails looked sloppy and it just didn’t look good. Ive been getting my nails done since I was 14 so I know what looks good and what looks bad. Since I didn’t pay for it myself I guess it was okay so I didn’t complain. I suggest trying other places first cause there are sooooo many places that does a great job for probably the same price. This is not a place I’d want to spend my own money on.

Booked a shellac manicure and was told designs needed extra booking?? Extra charge is fine but extra booking is not needed at all! Plus I was told this 15 minutes before my appt thankfully because I enquired, otherwise no one would have told me and my nails would have been ruined. Nice staff overall but as a new customer, will not be coming back.

Beena was awesome. Did her job with extreme precision and went over and above than what other places do. It was my first time and had an amazing experience.

I would not give a star at all. I was at the Vixen Spa in Milton. I walked in no one greeted me. I received the service with someone named Hope who did not acknowledge me, did not speak to me at all. As previous reviews mentioned a lot of gossip and personal talks happening. Other clients offered refreshments, wishing them a great weekend no one spoke to me. The lady Hope disappeared as soon as I was done. I still have a balance on my gift certificate but will go to another store. The owner seems to be responding to every negative reviews with excuses for her staff. Other spas around the corner treat their customers with a lot more respect. Never again.

I loved getting my nails done here. The place is clean, the appointment times accurate and the staff is friendly. I had Giselle do my manicure and pedicure and she takes the time to listen to what you want and suggests what maybe good for you. I’m definitely going here again.

I had a wonderful experience getting a shellac manicure from Sonia (Sonya? Not sure of spelling!) today. The spa was clean and I was greeted very quickly by a lovely receptionist. I was sat in a chair within moments and the manicure started right on time for my appointment. Sonia was fantastic to sit with- she makes great conversation and really seemed to care about my opinion of her work. She constantly asked me to check the length, shape, colour, etc to ensure I was happy. The end result was a gorgeous manicure that I'm certain will last a while! I would definitely return and would highly recommend booking with Sonia!
