I love Cedarglen with the whole of my heart and would love to build more houses with them in the future. The great experience started from Kimberly Holstein, she was so patient and professional to guide us through the process. It was love at first sight entering the show home and I immediately knew we were building with Cedarglen, the starting price was above our budget but we had to change our budget to suit what we saw.The whole construction process was transparent and we were able to select whatever we wanted. Quality work done in the house. Jason was our first site supervisor, and all I can say is that he is an awesome guy.Since we moved in to our new home, Cedarglen customer service representative had always responded to any issues that we had by sending a technician to come and help out. We are so happy with Cedarglen and we have always recommended Cedarglen to friends and families. All I can say is that we are 100% satisfied with Cedarglen and we wish them the very best.

The Cedarglen building experience was very well done. From the initial conversations, to designing the home, Cedarglen guided us through whole process without a hitch. After completion, the response team has been on top of our issues without fail. Keep it up!

We loved our experience with Cedarglen Homes. They have a large selection of floorpans and finishes with reasonable pricing. I appreciated that they communicated with us throughout the process of our build, delivered on what they said they would deliver, and repaired anything that wasn't up to par.Our home came out beautifully. I would recommend using them for a new home build.

I have mixed results from Cedarglen.Initially they were very good after the purchase, and most of the things/issues we as a homeowner encounter will be addressed.However, I noticed that there is definitely some issue with my backyard grading. It was on a lowland and caused water pooling into the yard. Not only me, my neighbour on the left/right also noticed those. During rainy/snowy times, the backyards are flooded either with water or with ice. Due to this one of my tree in the backyard also died.I have brought this up with Cedarglen and to my suprise they are not willing to do anything.According to Cedarglen, their responsibility of the grading are only limited to City inspection and as soon as City provided the certification they are all good, anything happened after is totally out of their hand.I am just listing my experience here and in my opinion any issues happened within my home/lot should be addressed doesn't matter certificated or not, you cannot just use a certification to push back my home's issue.

We purchased a spec home from Cedarglen and I feel the quality is really high. Since purchasing the house we have had a couple of issues that we had to escalate to their response team, but each time we felt heard and they were responsive.There were a few issues when were transitioned from the sales team to the customer relations rep but once Cedarglen was made aware of the issue the did as much as they could to take care of us. The site super and the manager of the CRRs really made us feel heard and took care of us. Because of them, we know that Cedarglen cares.If I could, I would definitely buy another forever home from them

It was a wonderful experience buying a home from Cedarglen. Everything inside and outside the house looks amazing. Amazing craftsmanship. Our house was delivered right on time and we are very pleased with their workmanship.
