Pooja was super sweet and chill, trying her best to help me to find the perfect wedding dress! She understands my needs and gives really good advice too! I have a low budget but still was met with the warmest treatment and was not rushed at all. Will very likely to come back for the dress! Just need to sleep on it to make sure!

I wouldn't say that my experience at Bravo Bridals was terrible, but it definitely could've been better overall.Prior to coming in for my appointment, I submitted a questionnaire to Bravo Bridals in which I mentioned my wishes in regards to my 'dream dress', including my colour and detail preference. I also made it clear that I DID NOT want a very puffy/bulky skirt, as in a ballgown, as wasn't sure about my sizing.When us brides take the times to make such thoughtful descriptions, we do so that it makes both our stylists and our lives easier. Our lives, in the sense that we can save us some time and decrease our concerns. And our stylists lives, in the sense that they can better prepare themselves to provide us with excellent customer service and collect the dresses that they judge will match our expectations.But I don't know what the point was of investing some of my time and energy in answering the questionnaire. It seemed to me that the stylist who was to work with me didn't bother to read my comments beforehand.She even asked me, You want a princess and puffy dress

I had such a lovely experience choosing my dress at Bravo Bridals. I didn't have anyone with me but Rose became my best friend and family for the day. .She was super friendly patient and very professional. Without her guidance I couldn’t have the best wedding dress and accessories that could perfectly fit for my wedding venue. Thank you Bravo Bridals for being part of my dream wedding.

We were very indecisive and not sure what we wanted but Elle was very helpful and patient to guide us through different styles and types.I definitely recommend getting the extra hour with a VIP appointment, if possible. We ended up being given an extra half hour to try more dresses and compare our 'maybe' dresses more thoroughly.This was our first bridal store visited, but we convincingly said yes to the dress!

Olga was very helpful during my appointment and suggested a variety of styles based off my preferences and budget. She was friendly and patient and not at all pushy. She ended up finding dresses that really suited me! The store also has a great atmosphere. They have a lot of pretty styles and selection here as well and the experience felt very personal overall. Do note that despite there being a rental section on their website in the works, they currently don't offer this.

My worst experience by far. This woman was rude, she rushed us and treated us so poorly. It was my first fitting and I said I was not sure I was ready to buy a dress yet, just trying on. And as soon as she heard that her entire demeanour changed. It was awful. The sad thing is on the exact same day I went to another bridal shop and was treated so amazing and ended up buying a dress that day. I want you to know that good customer service goes a long way. I would never recommend.

I recently visited Bravo Bridal to find my perfect wedding dress, and I had an amazing experience there! Theresa and Samantha were so lovely and welcoming, they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They gave me excellent advice on how to narrow down my choices and gave me a tour of the store. Theresa, the store manager, was absolutely amazing! She helped me try on so many dresses and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She loves her job and is fantastic at it! I had a great time at their store, and the range of dresses they have is incredible. I would highly recommend visiting this store to any bride-to-be!
