Worst location in Ontario, they must only hire people that want to make a good hourly wage and work the least amount as possible. What is the requirement of being a manager at this location if you cannot Cook simple food. Got a sandwich and meat was extremely raw/ un-cooked. If I become ill from eating this meat I will be contacting a lawyer. I'm sick and tired of restaurants hiring people that think this type of service is acceptable. We need a change, and people/ managers need to be legally accountable!!!Just read other recent reviews and what a joke, going to contact Mcdonalds Canada and city of Brampton and request this location be shut down permanently!

Walk in to sit down and eat with my daughter. Customer service quality is poor, the employees were more engaged into each other conversation then serving the customer. The table were dirty, the garbage bin overflowed leaving the garbage everywhere on the floor as well. The food tasted terrible.

Ordered through the drive-thru, was counting my money because my card wasn't working, worker told me to hurry up and that people were waiting, while i was counting my money to give to the cashier. Told him i was counting my money and he told me to pay by card instead. Unbelievable, would he have said that if i was an elderly person ?Terrible customer service when workers tell their customers to hurry up. Management seriously needs to teach their staff proper ettiquette when speaking to customers.

One of the worst places for drive thru. You are guaranteed to pull over and wait for your food in the parking lot for 10 mins or more. Sometimes there are so many ppl waiting that you won't even find a parking spot to wait. Also, half the food you get will be cold. There are other restaurants in the same plaza; better off going to one of those.

I came for lunch on a Thursday with my baby and my food came really quickly.I am mostly writing this review to recognize Christine. She is an amazing employee and is always going above and beyond. You will ALWAYS find her cleaning and making small talk with guests. She is attentive and proactive as well, stopping her mopping so she could hold the door open for me (with a stroller) on the way out and rushing back from bringing someone their food outside to hold the door for me on the way in. She is an amazing team member and deserves a raise or some other kind of recognition for her years of consistent hard work :)

I recently visited a McDonald's and I was incredibly impressed by the customer service provided by the older employee working that shift. She was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor while taking my order. She was incredibly speedy and had my order ready in no time so I didn’t have to wait. She was also very polite and accommodating when I requested a few modifications to my order. She was also very attentive and made sure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the customer service experience and would recommend it to anyone. She is a great asset to McDonald's and deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication.

Easily the worst mcdonalds in Brampton. I have ordered Skip from this location numerous times and not once has my order been corrected. Yesterday for example not only was my order incorrect once again, the burger felt like a brick i could barely bite into it. Would not recommend at all

Everything about this place is horrible. From the zero customer service to the Snack wrap being made so poorly. They don't use the proper chicken for the meal and they use a slice of cheese from the other burgers in the wrap. I've been coming here for years. highschool kids made me better food and gave better service than the grown adults working there now. DO BETTER THIS HAPPENS TOO OFTEN HERE

Very rude, inhuman behaviour by night manager Amrita or Manreet , denied to take order by drive thru by walk. Then I bring car from to order at your mcd, they make us stand 10 minutes and was laughing inside. Melted ice cream I got. Senior manager should look into it.

This location always deliver your order half heartedly. This is second time in row that my drive through order was messed up. The order takers are nice and friendly but they fail to follow the instructions and then to make it worse, the kitchen makes sure they ruin the meal. My coffee frappe, for example, was given in such a bad shape without any whipped cream and in a wrong cup. The next time, there was literally almost non existent hint of cream cheese in the bagel. Really disappointed
