Very rude and unskilled PSWs they don't focus on solutions but will leave your loved ones without care.

They were welcoming and helpful in directing me to where I wanted to go.

It's a nice place to see my housing worker at and plus to get your income tax done for free

Such a terrible organization!,,,,is most unfortunate for me to write this review but take note. There is a division within central neighbourhood group that deals with seniors. It is called THE NEIGHBOURHOOD GROUP. The employees that are there to help out seniors ARE NOT BONDED OR INSURED. Only the company is insured BUT the employees have broken items on at least 5 occasions and I have BEVER. EEN REIMBURSED. I had only asked the last 2 times but they don’t care. I spoke to 2 supervisors Veronika Mac Donald and some horrible woman named Decembra. I have been assured the employees are well trained but I beg to differ. It’s just a job to them and they have no sensitivity or respect to senior persons- their home or belongings. They do not respect property and the way you like things and are very argumentative. You should write call and complain to the municipal-provincial and federal politicians. One day you will be a neglected senior. Right now seniors are being disrespected. Please share this review,

Went here for the Repair Cafe and I loved it! The space has many amenities and was clean, organized.

Exceptional staff and a safe and nurturing environment for my daughter. It takes a village to raise a child and I'm so thankful for the CNH team for being part of our extended family.

Great community resource hub, super friendly staff. Also, wheelchair accessible bathrooms and entrance.
