I actually don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review (?) but going on my third year of riding and was looking to upgrade my bike. To make this story make sense, please keep in mind I am a young female that goes to places by themselves. Saw a bike I was interested in listed on their website, and drove all the way from Mississauga and when I went inside the only employee in the front looked at me then looked back at his computer. Couldn’t even say hi, he just made a face and looked down, I was literally the only customer in the dealer. I immediately felt intimidated and uncomfortable and went towards the back where I just looked at their gloves, then asked employee if that’s all they had where he goes like “…..yeah”. Like ok thanks for all your assistance? I am NOT the person to pull the gender card as I understand that anything to do with motorsports is typically a male dominant industry but I really don’t understand treating me like I’m less of a person because I’m not your typical customer. Going here really just made me feel bad about myself, and I am excited to purchase my new bike elsewhere. Train your staff to be nicer

I was shopping around for a Ninja 400 2023 all over the GTA and surrounding area. Calling and getting frustrated with many dealerships over the bike availability, price or color options. Not to mention the poor customer service at some dealerships. I called GRPS and voila! They had exactly what I was looking for. They were able to get me the bike in two days from their London location. When I arrived I met with owner Hilary and she was very prompt, courteous and had everything in order and I was out the door on my new bike in minutes. No upselling, no solicitation for upgrades for add ons etc. ALSO the price she was able to offer me was substantially less than any other dealership was. Great service, great team. I recommend. Go see the good people at GRPS.

I've been riding sleds for over 20 years. Bought my first new one in 2016. At that time started using these guys for parts. No complaints there. After my recent new purchase from the team and the follow up dismissal and lack of response to calls emails and texts, I will be looking for a new dealership to attend.I did a spring sled order so id be prepared for a early ride this season. In my sled order I had selected a polyester night cover along with many other things.Upon arriving home and noticing it wasn't there I called in and was told it would be ordered and it could be picked up along with my spare key that had been misplaced.... 6 weeks several calls txts and emails later I arrive to pick up a number cut key and charged 189$$ on top for my sled cover which I had print off sled build proof of ordering.Not only have sleds almost doubled in $$$ the last 10 years but no more then 1/4 tank of fuel, half tank oil was provided... the sleds no longer come with a spare belt or holder (extra 299$$) and not an apology or an explanation on any of this.The least they could have done was accept the mistake offer the cover at cost, throw in a free sweater a hand shake and all would be wellI own my own small business and this is unacceptable on every level as far as I'm concerned....

GREAT customer service! Communication about problem with our snowmobile and tips to maintain were very appreciated. THANK YOU BRIAN, for working so hard for our sled to be ready for this Family Day weekend. Short turn around for fixup, LONG on customer service! Using it today and runs better than ever! Cannot say enough how grateful we are!

I had a friendly greeting when I came in. I was told if I needed any help I could ask for someone. I was looking at helmets, which were upstairs. So far so good. The helmet section itself was in rough shape. There was some order, but not every helmet had a price tag (major pain in the butt), and the boxes for the helmets weren't in any corresponding order with the helmets on the shelf so I had to dig around to try to find the prices (some still didn't have them on the box) or other sizes (which were limited). There was dust everywhere. After quite a bit of time no one followed up with me if I needed any help (I would have had to go back downstairs or call down from the balcony). Overall fairly frustrating experience with helmet shopping there and obviously somewhere I don't recommend going if you're looking for helmets. Recommendations: Clean the place up. Put price tags on your product. Organize. Little more customer service. That simple.

I purchased a motorcycle here a couple of days ago. Not only they provided the best price in the region, they also provided an exceptional purchase experience. They did the paperwork in a short time and bike with a full tank was ready to be picked on the scheduled day. Thanks again...

Ordered a 2022 Sportsman 850 touring, It came in faster than scheduled! The team was great from the purchasing to dealing with the service techs when picking up. Have always dealt with Grand river for the other toys and will continue to always refer everyone I know to go to the shop!

We had our sons (15) 570 fully serviced including a complete inspection of the machine before a ride. We picked the machine up from the shop in an enclosed trailer. The boys drove the machine out of the trailer and up the road about 2km when they felt something was off. The left front tire had come off, luckily they got stopped before the tire fully left the machine. This could have ended very badly. My husband called the shop and they told us nothing they did required removing a tire and that was the end of it. Just a reminder to check your tires, especially after your machine has been fully serviced and inspected.The unit was actually there for a full service on all oils, an intermittent start, and a complete inspection. I would assume a complete inspection would require checking the tires and brakes?

I’ve never purchased a machine here but have been witness to two friends doing so. A buddy picked up a brand new 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 and most recently my cousin picked up a used 2009 Suzuki GSXR600 yesterday. Graham was definitely a trooper - my cousin is quite annoying and he dealt with his nonsense like a Pro. You should go here- Graham will fix you up.Side note : Mash Paddle was awesome! And food and drinks at Sociable+Tavern was good too
