Great staff! I needed to be here for 2hrs for a glucose test and they took great care of me. I watched them deal with a number of people in those 2hrs and they were so upbeat, cheerful and efficient. I would definitely come back if I needed blood work again.

Horrible service. They lost my blood test results twice and they refuse to answer the phone during regular business hours. Terribly unprofessional. The older lady at the desk was rude to me because my doctor faxed over my requisition and she left it in the fax machine. Waved the cover letter in my face and told me I'd have to get the requisition my self and bring it to them. 20min later she found my requisition in the fax machine. No apology for being rude to me. Go somewhere else if you want reliability and or professionalism.

Got to be the worst of all the locations. Can't book on line and when you get there the staff is surely and hostile. Never mind the wait list, they just seem to pick whoever. Worth the drive to Oshawa

I dropped off a urine sample for my grandmother with a requisition form from the doctor. After 11 days the doctor had not received the results. I tried to phone in but the line just rings with no answer. I went in and asked them to resend the results to the doctor. The woman was rude and refused to send it to the doctor again and said to call a 1-800 number to ask them to resend the results. WhenI called the customer service, they had not processed the urine or had it on file. I will never use Dynacare again.

My experience today at Dynacare was awesome. The staffs were very polite. The nurse name Rucha who did my blood work was great. She is very polite and friendly and so efficient in handling both jobs so well, The needle didn’t hurt at all. This is our only place for any lab work as the staff and service are both excellent. I could not say enough good things!

Dr sent off a requisition to this office and told me to call ahead and confirm they have it prior to going in for fasting blood work. Called for 3 days straight - morning, mid day and evening - Staff will not answer the phone number. 3 days later, I walked in and asked if they had a requisition for me sent last week by my Doctor. As I sat in waiting room I called the public number and the phone just rang and rang and rang with 3 of them there - I asked why they don’t pick up and they said they are too busy to handle the phone so don’t even bother!

Great and friendly staff. Usually long waits but they keep moving. Clean and staff keep a clean space for blood work. Just make sure u don't come in the last hour of the day for walk ins. They usually stop walk ins and only do appointments for the last hour.

This lab is fantastic! I have used them many times and with the ability to check in ahead of time it cuts down on long wait times. The results make it to my doctor faster than i would have ever thought possible. Went at 930 am and my dr called me with the result at 6pm. This is the only place where u can go on YOUR OWN schedule and dont have to make an appt weeks or days prior.Went AGAIN on Feb 9 2022 and just love the staff and the registering online. Thank goodness for this lab that is fast, professional and the system of online registration.

The ladies at this location were extremely nice when I was there to do my glucose tolerance test for gestational diabetes. It is not a nice test but their care and support was outstanding. They made me feel at ease for the entirety of the appointment (two+hours)A great team .

I live 5 minutes away from Courtice clinic. Using online app with checkin of 20 minutes. I told staff at door that I booked online. They didn't ask my name they just told me to go outside and wait in line. It was raining. 3 of us there. 2 not booked on line. Then as I was questioning the person in front of me the guard came out and asked my name. Then told staff member. Next we were asked to come inside where we go in line behind 2 other people. Our cards were collected and then I received text that wait was 8 minutes. Then everyone ahead of me were let in even the two without online booking and my wait time went to 16 minutes.Then staff asked me to move to front of line. Then more people were let in. I started complaining about the wait to next person who was also on her lunch hour and booked on line and when she asked how long the wait was she was told I don't know so she left.I was then told I could go in and when I went down their staff hadn't brought down my paperwork. She got up to go get my paperwork cause she wasn't getting an answer on the radio when the staff member appealed with it. Then I got asked to wait around the corner. 35 minutes just to get in and wait. I got called in to wait in a room and then waited again. Not long but when the app tells you 20 minutes and you end up spending your entire lunch hour it tells me the system is not working.Please get organized. Other locations are better choices.
