I ordered 4 dining chairs that I saw in a Vancouver store and found them online at Costco.ca for a bit less plus Costco does free delivery. They are so cheaply made that when I opened the box there were paint chips and leg pads falling out of the box. So disappointing to see the legs were not metal but painted with a similar coating. I like the style if they weren't such extremely poor quality and falling apart before even getting used.

WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY!!I must say that my experience with SUNPAN was the best that I have had in a long time. Their customer service is above the rest, coming from the industry myself, they understand the importance of treating a customer right! Not only are they responsive and fair, they have beautiful furniture as well! I would recommend SUNPAN to anyone looking for incredible quality and service.

Atrocious customer service !!Unfortunately the faux leather started wearing down on my barstools after a couple years. I reached out to the company after a few years of owning the chairs and after about a year of emailing them and calling I finally got a response... basically it was something along the lines of ... looks like wear and tear and .... they're out of the one year warranty . I knew this. My mistake, next time I'll make sure I don't actually use" the furniture when I buy from them. I wanted help in order to repair the issue

Sunpan furniture and its customer service is one of the best. Of course there are times that some furniture maybe not be what a customer expects and the short come is not from Sunpan, its from the origin which is overseas. Overseas furniture has shorter time warranty. But Sunpan and its employee are easy to deal with and are and welling to solve the issue if possible. Customers must understand they should pass the issue to the dealer where they purchased and let dealer speak to Sunpan and take care of the issue. Sunpan is a B2B company and respectfully only deals with its dealers. We are a Sunpan dealer for the past 20 years, if there has been any issue, Sunpan customer service has pleasantly resolved it and all our customers are happy.

Exceptional selection and quality products. Customer service is always accommodating and a pleasure to deal with- Melissa, Lisa and Crystal in particular. Product availability is great- if it’s not in stock, the wait is typically not long at all. Many of my clients have purchased from Sunpan and are very happy with the product.

This company offers some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They sent a damaged item to my client and we’re completely dismissive at my attempts of communicating the issues I was having. They even had the audacity to accuse me of lying to them regarding the damaged item they sent.I had to reach out to the president of the company In order to get a response from anyone there. After being put in contact with the VP of sales, Who assured me he would get back to me in 24 hours notice. I spent the next three days calling, emailing And leaving voicemails that went un answered. It wasn’t until day three that he responded via email (Didn’t even have the courtesy to return my call).In his email he completely dismissed the fact that he ignored me for three days, also did not acknowledge or apologize for not getting back to me within 24 hours as promised or that I had to chase him down.The only person that works for the company with any resemblance of great customer service is the girl answering the phone. Everyone else there is rude, and completely dismissive all the way up to the President.I would never purchase from this company again, Nor would I recommend their products to anyone.

We ordered the Sunpan Warwick Rectangular Dining Table from Lowes on October 22nd. After waiting 2 1/2 month the table arrived today. Unfortunately when we unpacked the concrete top it was cracked in four spots. After waiting so long this was a complete disappointment. We have the Sunpan Devons Coffee Table and thought it would be the same quality. We will be sending the Warwick table back and asking for a full refund.
