Using this garage for many years. Repairs done next morning instead of waiting a week for appointment at dealership. They repair if possible instead of replacing a whole system so it's usually MUCH cheaper than dealership.

Really nice staff here with fair prices and good customer service. My tire had popped and all I wanted was them to change my spare. They did so quickly and didn't pressure me into any purchase or anything like that!A fair price too! I paid like $30 to have my bad tire taken off, the spare added and the old one put back where the spare was. This is a work truck no less so everything is bigger and more awkward to work with

My car shut off while I was driving east on hwy 401. I had little options as far as getting it fixed and ended up at jiffy auto service. I called ahead and spoke with Tracy and she speculated it was the alternator. Upon arrival, they were able to examine the issue and work on the car right away. Andre, the manager answered all my questions and was understanding since I was from out of town. Absolutely amazing staff and service!

I received the best service today by Mark! He went above and beyond to determine the issue with my vehicle and not only that, he did everything to ensure I didn't need to spend a fortune to get it repaired! I will definitely be back!

Hi what is wrong with good customer service on the phone. The work they do is excellent and the mechanics try to help you and save you money But the girl on the phone when you call is like I don't know nothing and don't bother me. This attitude on the phone will not draw new customers in they will just be frustrated and go some were else. Go the extra mile it does pay off in the long run.
