J'ai fait affaire avec Emilie Cerretti design pour les rénos de ma cuisine et salle a manger. Lorsque j'ai vu mes plans, j'ai été agréablement surprise. Mes attentes ont été surpassé. Non seulement cest magnifique, mais c'est aussi super fonctionnel et mon espace aura l'air 2 fois plus grand sans toutefois avoir été agrandi. Émilie et son équipe ont su comprendre exactement le style qu'on aimait et nous ont fait un décor chaleureux, unique, et qui nous ressemble à 100%. J'ai adoré mon expérience. La communication a été super facile et lorsque j'avais des questions ont me répondait rapidement par courriel. Super service je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons utilisé les services d'Émilie Cerretti Design pour la rénovation complète de nos deux salles de bain. Nous avons apprécié les diverses discussions et suggestions en début de projet qui ont menées à des plans de design qui respectaient bien nos goûts et nos critères ! Ils nous ont proposé un aménagement de l'espace auquel nous n'avions pas pensé nous-mêmes et qui était beaucoup plus optimal, de là un des nombreux avantages de faire affaires avec des professionels. Tout l'espace a été 100% optimisé, tout a été bien choisi et bien pensé. La communication a été facile tout au long du processus et chaque membre de l'équipe a été très aidant et réactif. Au final, nous sommes très satisfaits des résultats obtenus et nous les recommandons fortement.

My better half hired them for a reno projet (basement, home remodelling, cabinet design etc). I was reluctant to pay this kind of money for what i consider ''ideas'' but having been through renos before, she convinced me that we didnt have the time or energy with 2 kids to plan, shop and execute the project without help. This way, not only would ideas be suggested, everything suggested was supposed to be available, quotes sent out etc. Just pay up and everything would go smoothly. Your paying for a service: ideas, submissions to known contractors, prodcut ordreing, quantities to order etc.That was november 2021. Our contractor was lined up to start en of april-early may. After signing with the design team they came over and took mesurements and a first meeting was planned weeks later. Keep in mind these are in their office, weekdays only (so time off work)Meeting 1 was delayed the day of because of a plumbing issue. We then delayed due to covid. Stuff happens, thats fine.While some good ideas came out of the first meeting, some suggestions didnt make sense and some aspects were omitted completely. I later found out that those who visit the house are not those who do the suggesting. The designer in question works off pictures and comments from the design team who came to the house.. How to you get a feel for a space when you've never stepped inside it ?I'm no expert, so ill let it slide. Comments/ajustements are to be made and a final version is to be presented. Days go by, then weeks. Emails are sent, no feedback. More emails sent and responses made saying documents/meetings to be sent by x date. X goes by with no news. Must reach out to owners and told that too much work on hand and really busy. Im a paying cutomer ! If you've got too much work, hire more or take on less work.May arrives and final suggestions are made. We're now mid june and we still dont have submissions from their contractors for the work to be done, let alone a time frame.Materials they have suggested are NOT in stock despite them suppose to be.TIle orders finally showed up but designer placed the wrong order so we dont have our tile and guess what? its not available.So now its crunch time as our contractor is in need of materials but doesnt have them so we either have to pick something ourselves in a hurry, or leave our project half finished till god knows when, until our contractor can reschedule us.For the 8k paid, i expect excellent service, timely followups and results. I expect to be catered to.The entire point of hiring a design team is to have the work be done for you- thats the only point of the service !Save your hard earned money and look elsewhere.I couldn't be more dissatisfied.
