Horrible experience. Bought a handbag and asked for gift receipt but Sibika was busy talking to her colleague. Found no receipt in my bag.

the biggest fraud brand. I have their merchandise return card but they cut the amount from my credit card .. no one is ready to help when I call them after all that mess I want to return the bag but they charge me 25$ for a return on the web site they said 11$ is returning fee

I'd give zero stars if possible... Clearly, they don't care about customers & very unprofessional service.

The Guess factory was highly recommended to me from a cousin of mine who's a big Guess fan. It was my 1st time at this location and I saw GREAT deals, but awful customer service. I got the wrong size and when I asked for assistance it was as if I bothered the worker...her body language spoke more than words. Not returning.

This location by far is my favourite in many clothing stores out there!!! The employees here and the manager, they'll greet you like family, and always go above and beyond in helping you. Customer service makes a huge difference with one's pleasantness and for these employees making every client feel special is important!! And if you don't find a certain size out in the shop, the wonderful staff will waste no time to look for it in the back of the store. Whether you are just browsing, returning, buying for yourself or someone in the family, every staff member here will go above and beyond to help you and treat you like family. My review is based on the 3 years of experience. P.S. Erissa here is just a delight and joy, and the cherry on top of this awesome clothing location!!!

Great costumer experience. I had three associates approach me and offered help. Store was clean and neat.

Every time we go there with our disable dog Penny they greet us and pet our dog, friendly employees and good store of course.

I visit Guess maybe once or twice a year. They had a deal on all wallets. I noticed the one I chose was a few dollars cheaper than the featured price so assumed it would ring up with the tag price. When I left I realized I was charged more than the tag price! What a scam! I didn't bother driving back for a few dollars but I've never seen a mark up lol Watch your receipts from here!!!

Great staff, good collection and often good place to find cheap deals at.
