Entreprise frauduleuse. Ce livreur fait de l'usurpation d'identité. Un colis de valeur n'est jamais arrivé chez moi. Le livreur affirme que le colis a été livré et soit disant signé par moi. Aprés ma demande de voir la preuve, cette signature est un acronyme écrit par le livreur lui-même. Ils maintiennent qu'il s'agit de ma signature et refusent de rembourser la valeur du produit.

So annoyed right now. I’m home ALL DAY LONG seeing I’m nearly 40 weeks pregnant and they don’t knock, or anything. Now I have to go out of my way to go and PICK UP package that they literally could have left at the side door, back stairs, ANYTHING. why have delivery drivers gotten so lazy and don’t do their jobs properly is beyond me.

1st time parcel was held back for WEEKS cause they didnt have more than my parcel coming to my area....I went and picked it up MYSELF. this time looks like its going to be the same. Had i known my parcel was to be delivered by these people i wouldn't of orederd.

if I could put 0 stars I would. Tried to reach someone at accounts receivable to question an unknown transaction on my credit card. No one . Accounts receivable closed. Only can be contacted by email to which no one responds.Sent an email to managment, no response. Unacceptable. Period.

My delivery was needlessly complicated, they never even attempted to deliver to my door, kept sending me ultimatums so that I would go to their offices and grab my things since they would not come to me. The only thing that saved this review from getting a 1 is that when I called, the lady was extra nice and understanding. Her super service and her joyful attitude was the only reedeeming quality to my delivery experience.
