Amazing Staff. Amazing job. Tony always does a great job on my nails. They stay late to accomodate. Always smiling abd friendly! Highly recommended!

We came late did our pedicure and got another appointment a couple of hours later we showed up and still had to wait for another 20 minutes My pedicure was fine but my manicure was horrible she barely cleaned my nails the gel literally broke the same day and had alot of black spots.

The staff here are wonderful and very friendly! Often times they end up staying late without complaining and ensure you are comfortable. By far the best pedicures I have recieved have been from here, ( the scrub on your legs and feet smells amazing too!) I chose to do the dip" last time and love the results. It has been over a week."

It was difficult to explain what I wanted as everyone was not speaking English and they were telling me what they were going to do. I ended up getting Shellac on my toe nails which I have never had before, I repeatedly said “NO”, it was not necessary. She said you have to have the same on your toes as your nails. She said that she knew how to work on ingrown toenails, absolutely not as my toe became infected 2 days later. My nails ended up being so short, I’m not sure why I even had tips. She advised me that I needed to give a cash tip as her last employer did not give out the tips that people left on the machine. Wow.....sure do miss the previous owner Mimi and her employees. It was a frustrating, expensive poor workmanship appointment. Never again.

I had my nails done here last weekend as a treat from a friend. They are taking the Covid precautions quite seriously. Really friendly ladies work there. Fair prices as well

My nails are done by Tammy. She is so good. She clears the skin around my nails , gives me massages, scrub the legs. She is very friendly. 4 stars because the owner keeps taking my phone number every time I go there. I wish they had a system where I don’t have to repeat my info.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. The customer service was beyond terrible. The staff members were incredibly rude and dismissive. They seemed more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than paying attention to the customers.The cleanliness of the salon was questionable at best. I did not see them clean any tools used after each customer. The nail stations were cluttered and disorganized, with old nail clippings and used tools scattered around. I felt disgusted by the lack of hygiene.When I went to pay, she charged me more than the prices on the wall. She tried to back up it up with different excuses that were clearly all lies. Super sketchy, will charge different customers different prices.

Went to Kitchener for girls day with my niece. We visited LA NAILS for a mani pedi, and we had a great time! It was great experience to have a massage chair that worked on my body while getting a pedi. Both my niece and I added tip to our manicure. They look like natural nails with fun colour. There must have been nearly 100 colours to choose from. Loved all of the experience. Will go again with my sister next time.

Love, love, love Ly and staff here at this particular location! I always get exceptional service and all associates are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. So many services, nails designs &artful applications for pretty nails! Atmosphere is inviting & clean.
