I leave happy every time I leave this restaurant. I loved their food. The staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. Their food containers have high quality and are reusable and dishwasher safe. The service was a bit slow tonight, and the sanitizer is very, very slimy. I couldn't just wash it away with water, and there was no paper towel to clean it up.

It was my first time and everything was delightful, the server Paul, was an amazing host, nice conversation, gave great suggestions and was friendly and has a smile every moment, the food was amazing and the environment was perfect.Undoubtedly, I will return to try more items of the menu. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was no one at the front to greet or seat us. Our sever was nice and friendly and was the only good part of the experience. It took way too long to get our food, around 45-50 min and it wasn't very busy... food was very sub par and not very warm. I ate half my of my sandwhich and then my stomach started to hurt so I didn't take it home. My girlfriend got tacos and it was %75 flavorless coleslaw. Will not be coming back, I feel bad for our server.

Overall just an average dining experience. Wait staff were friendly and generally the premises were clean. Ordered the beef dip and there were issues. The meat was tough and the onion rings in the sandwich was missed. Quality control needs to be improved. Issues also with menu items being out. They ran out of the soup of the day less than an hour into lunch service. Also ran out of 2 different beers on tap and it was not too busy. Not sure if this was because of a supply problem or whether this was due to poor order management.

This is the best place to come watch a leafs game! Alyssa was very tentative, funny, friendly and very professional. She sure shows that she loves her job. Our sons boneless wings were very good. My husbands spaghetti was so good he said. Loved the portion size. My caesar salad was very good. Usually when I go to other BP locations, it is dry. This location made it perfectly. We will definitely be back.

Pizza was very good & fishbowl was nice. Didn’t get an authentic BP greeting and the service lagged. Waitress seemed friendly. It was a little busy.

We were sat by a lovely waitress, very quick to help us with our orders and was incredibly nice. It seems silly, but we like ordering bugs and cheese every time we go. Last time we went, there were no problems and everything was fine. This time, we ordered when there were barely any other people in the restaurant. We ended up waiting 30-40 minutes for our orders, and got our food cold and disgustingly watery. Later it was obvious that the manager/person in charge at the time was angry at us for no real reason. We were respectful in the establishment the entire time. She took our plates without even asking if we were finished, and quite literally snatched two of our dishes away. We wanted to talk to her but she avoided our table like the plague and ran away after she took our plates. Genuinely confused on why we were treated like this. I included a photo of one of our plates, but ALL of them were grossly wet like that.

By far worst experience I’ve ever had in in any restaurant. Took 15 minutes to get any service from staff. Only because I went to the host desk to ask to be accommodated. (They also weren’t busy and our server passed by us many times not once acknowledging us). So after asking our server eventually came & we got our drink and food order in & somehow she forgot 2 drinks and gave only half of us straws there was 6 of us btw , which I also thought was weird. Eventually our food came she didn’t pre set our table we had no cutlery or napkins. So 10-15 minutes go by and she finally comes up to our table. Not to quality check to see how things are going but to give us our bill along with a machine. Maybe we wanted desert? But nope she handed us the machine with more than half of our food left on the table. So we paid and generously didn’t tip because she was a horrible server and deserved nothing. We also let the manager know and asked him for some boxes and there was no sympathy for the horrible experience. I at least expected an apology. They undoubtedly lacked giving us basic service. I’d suggest any other Boston pizza than this one.
