Do not prepay for anything with these people, my girlfriend and I prepaid for summer/fall called to see when my next spray was and was met with attitude by Hailey, very unprofessional. I won't be using their service again.

Miscommunication between management and service tech. Disappointing. Third year. Probably will switch providers next year. Nothing against the tech. Very nice and accommodating young man. Management, not so much.

This company has the worst customer service. Never prepay to this company as you always get screwed. Would never recommend them to anyone. For two years we’ve prepaid for 4 applications and we’ve received 3. Time for a company that cares about their customers.

We have used LawnRanger for the past 3 falls. This year I called in September and was scheduled for weed and feed fall service. On the day the technician was to arrive, I called to check the time of arrival. The woman I talked to said, Oh he called in sick

Be very careful with this company! Been a customer for 10 years. This year they couldn't service my address because they didn't have enough employees. They promised my money back starting in May of 2020. I finally received it on 11/20/20.
