Great customer experience! Brought in my Pfaff Hobbylock Serger in for maintenance. The cost was exactly as quoted, the turnaround time only one week! The staff were awesome! Highly recommend this store for both service and sales!

I had 2 machines that weren't sewing properly and had taken elsewhere and after a long wait they still hadn't looked at 1 and hadn't finished the other one. I had to pay almost $100 to get the one back and it still wasn't working I was told. Anyways, on my way home I decided to go to Linda's quilt shop and see if they could help me. Linda came and helped me bring them into her store and ran them both and looked at them and made sure they were both working for me. NO charge. Such a kind person. I'll go there now for anything related to my machines. Thanks Linda

I am a member at Linda's. I love the store, and the staff. I have so much fun going in and planning my quilts. They are always eager to help. I bought a machine from them several years ago and anytime I have questions they will give me a lesson on how to use it. I highly recommend them!

My wife loves this place. A trip to Kelowna often means a stop at Linda's for all that a quilter needs. Our latest purchase, a very well priced sewing machine for quilting. Fun staff too.

I've waited a long time for my new machine, and finally..........I have a Pfaff!!! I highly recommend your store for excellent service, education, knowledge and a good laugh!!

Excellent on all that counts. Great service and help with questions about machines. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection of quilt fabrics in unmatched in the area. As a price-checker I find their prices are equal to and often less than other shops or online. With the purchase of a membership prices are always discounted further as well.

Lifestyle of Snotty & Ignorant.I don’t recommend shopping here.The staff was very rude, cold and made me feel like I had no business being in this store.Very disappointed in their customer service.I had a purse full of money, but it wasn’t good enough because I went shopping after work in my work clothing I guess.I told the fat lady, that I was a beginner’ she went on to insult my sewing capabilities.Made me feel terrible and unworthy.Please… shop anywhere but here.Please help me starve this business, they don’t deserve anyones business with attitudes like that. So disappointed.Look up any of the other great places to buy material and supplies that are not extremely over priced.

Although I haven’t been to Linda’s Quilt Shoppe for awhile I have always found there staff to be very friendly and their selection of fabrics and accessories to be extensive. This is definitely my go to quilt shop. As well, their staff that does the servicing of machines can be depended upon to fix and maintain my sewing machines.
