Poor service. The driver called to get an update on the clearance of a load because he had trouble with the website and instead of helping right away the lady on the phone raised her voice at him speaking quite rudely. Fortunately the driver was patient and eventually got the information he needed but that’s not a way to talk to ANYONE like that.
