BUYER BEWARE...another SCAM at its finest...I ordered a Premium bundle of flowers to be sent in sympathy on Wednesday. The flowers were not even remotely close to the bottom tear bundle in the pictures let alone the premium bundle I ordered. When I called to complain I was told I ordered the deluxe not the premium bundle and sent a receipt for the bundle I ordered. Upon my further calculations and investigation(by duplicating my order on line and comparing to my receipt) I figured out they had a computer glitch and that I had indeed ordered the premium bundle based on the cost comparison and reciept charge. Customer service in Edmonton reviewed my findings and finally acknowledged this, said they fix the glitch and they'd reach out to the Calgary outlet and resend the bouquet or I could cancel and get the money back except for delivery because they hired that out which I said would be ok. I contacted the recipient and they just wanted the bouquet canceled and not resent because they would not be home for the next 4 or 5 days to receive the flowers because of extenuating circumstances with yet another ailing parent. When I called called Customer Service back on Thusday to advise they said nothing would be done until Friday anyway because they couldn't reach the Calgary outlet. On Friday when I heard nothing by noon, I called again and was told they'd get back to me. I requested emailing back because I was at work and not able to talk. Customer service continued to call me later in the day 2 more times, first offering me $30 something dollars back, then $50.00. The total of my bill was $121.74. I said that was unacceptable. I was told it was not the Calgary florist fault of the computer error and that's all they'd offer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was too busy to talk to me. What I'd like to know is how many other people are they ripping off with their so called computer glitch" ???...because how many others have had the same issue and never see the flowers being sent on the other end to compare and question? This is unbelievable poor customer service and pure deception at its best. I'd have given them zero stars if I could. I've called and emailed Growers Direct head office in Edmonton with pictures and had no response. I guess that manager is still " busy". So the bottom line is

the people to whom I sent flowers have always been very appreciative, and described the arrangements as beautiful. I'm not sure whether Growers Direct can arrange for the deliverers to send an email indicating that the order has been delivered. I would appreciate that, and would give you 5 Stars, if that were possible!

Err so we went to this address in an industrial zone and the place doesn't exist, it's way off the beaten path and the business isn't even listed on the sign out front of the address. Not sure if they moved or what but this address is wrong! PS I was trying to pickup in store, no clue of this is their hq for online orders.

Customer service is excellent. Extremely helpful staff. Prices are great for the value and delivery charge very reasonable.

I ordered Flowers online from Grower DirectIt was simple and they had many types of arrangements to choose from. I thought the price was fair and placed my order.What I would have liked to see is a quick photo to ensure I was getting what I ordered and a confirmation of delivery. I am in Southern Alberta and this was being sent to Eastern Quebec. So once I hit the proceed to check out it’s all a mystery from there. These were condolence flowers and it’s not appropriate to call and ask if they have been received so a photo or confirmation of delivery would have made this a 5 star review

Easy to order with good prices, I am most impressed by the communication about delivery - telling me that they would not leave the flowers because it was too cold outside and asking for additional cellphone details of the recipient. Beautiful quality arrangement as well. Highly recommended.
